SBKI Spain Budo Karate Integral (Integral being the Spanish word for complete)

In this didactic unit we will study a kata created by the author called Heian kaishu as it brings together all the open-handed gestures (kaishu) found in the Heian kata.

In this didactic unit we have simply developed some very varied and versatile bunkai exercises, based on the open-handed techniques of the Heian kata.

The contents found in this app represent only a tiny part of the SBKI (Spain-Shotokan Budo Karate Integral) work system. They are the result of more than 14 years research and part of the contents of the book “Complete Karate-Kata Methodology”.

If you are a teacher, we hope that this will be of use to you in your pedagogical work and that it will bring you new points of view. If you are simply practitioners of Karate, we hope that you will enjoy practicing this work.
