Overall it's a great APP. There are a few things that annoy me though. Once you've reached 99% on the games it will repeat the same set of characters over and over. I wish regardless of this achievement the games, especially the board game, would continue to randomize and not repeat Beijing and Ba over and over. Please have the games randomize regardless of progress. Thanks.

Like this app very much. A lot of opportunity to practise speaking, which is great and the study of the language is approached from many different angles, which is also very helpful. I give it full marks!

Great app. Only issue is the English is cut off on the Strokes screens on my tablet, and there's no way to scroll down to see it. Minus button doesn't help, that only makes the strokes smaller.

This app is really helping me with this language. It's going to help me get my certification for being a translator. The only thing I would add would be like a speaking game where we can get rated on how we speak the words that way we know we are saying it right. Thanks for all your hard work on these language learning apps!!! A+++

The only issue I found was that the traditional character for 個 was 个. Dev contacted and has now changed, also added a new board game, matching the character to the Pinyin. Very helpful

I spent $2.50 on an app that dorsnt work. It crashes everytime I launch it. Terrible.

Best chinese app

Very good for learning vocabulary and the games are great to test yourself. However, I was primarily interested in the writing aspect since I already know most of the vocab - the writing doesn't allow you to test yourself. The strokes and stroke order are always shown and you just trace it. It doesn't tell you if you have done it correctly - you can squiggle all over the screen and it still gives you full points. Pretty lame.

I've only done level one, but so far it's a very good app. You would need some additional support to get fluent, but it has some very good features that makes understanding the written elements of the language easier, (arguably the harder part of Chinese). It's practical, easy to use and very much worth the money if you have the time to dedicate to it.

I'm finding this mostly very helpful but the listening game keeps saying I have typed the wrong answer when I know I've got it right. It's very frustrating.

Why does a language learning application require access to my identity, device ID and call information?

I like the notification ability. The sentence a week keeps me in contact and reminds me I need 汉语.

Runs on startup unneccessarily. Why? Takes up room for nothing.

Stats. Flash cards. Games. "Finger" writing. Record your own voice. This app ticks all the right boxes.

I could never get the video lessons to load. The games seemed like they might be a good way to track my progress over time, but the built-in delays are frustrating and the only statistic shown is cummulative accuracy. I think there's potential. This would be a useful app if I could download the lessons, run through the quizes faster, and plot my scores over time.

It would be better if multiple choice let you hide the pinyin. Hard to memorize characters when you can read the pronunciation. Also stroke mode should teach about stroke order. Minus 1 star for each of those.
