Los micromachismos son a menudo prácticas inconscientes y casi siempre imperceptibles, actúan por acumulación y tienden a perpetuar una distribución injusta de derechos y oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres. Estas relaciones desiguales se dan también entre la juventud, cuando se están construyendo las primeras relaciones de pareja.
Para entender estos “micromachismos” hay que tener en cuenta que las relaciones entre hombres y mujeres se producen en un escenario donde no se juegan sólo diferencias, sino sobre todo desigualdades y relaciones de poder asimétricas, con sus correspondientes estrategias de dominación. Estas prácticas abarcan un amplio abanico de maniobras que impregnan el comportamiento masculino en lo cotidiano. Los micromachismos son por tanto micro abusos para procurar que el hombre mantenga su posición de género dominante, creando una red que atrapa sutilmente a la mujer de forma cotidiana y limita su autonomía personal.
Con esta App, la Dirección General de IVDIG se propone ayudar a la juventud a identificar las primeras fases de actitudes machistas, pretende ayudarte a identificar estas conductas, y a desmontar su principal estrategia: la naturalización de las mismas.
