Eloquence Text To Speech for Android
Hi I am from India actually I am purchasing this app nearly 1 year no updates
I bought this app years ago. I stopped using it coz it prompting me that its not eriegistered. Why? I legally purchased this tts, why is it giving me a hard time np
I must say, I would never imagine using any other TTS engine than this one. And that's saying something considering that coat factory has left a bad taste in my mouth from the past. The only reason that I am giving this a lower rating is because I feel that eloquence is a little bit too compressed. It sounds like a four or five over one ratio. An extremely fast attack and almost no release. The threshold is terrible. Weirdly, 16 K sounds even worse than the 11 case sample rate. You guys are so close!
At first I was worried about how responsive this synth would be, but code factory has made a very excelent port of eloquence here. :) Well worth the 20 bucks if you ask me.

I have just legally purchase this license at Google Playstore sometime in June of this year. And why the hell is that, when I turned on my phone at around 9 p.m. this very day, ETI eloquence told me that I need to register my copy by going in to Google Play Store. I bought my license of this product for 899 Php! What am I going to do!? Or is this really the very norm about the license validity of this product?, wherein the 899 Php, will only good for three months of use? Please, and I mean please!, anyone!
Even I have bought it on playstore still some times I am getting like as "please register eti eloquence. What is the issue?
I am really glad that this app is available, however, the speech quality is a bit lower than what I have become used to on Windows. Hopefully, with time, this will improve. Overall though, if you enjoy using eloquence on Windows, you will enjoy it on Android as well.
This is helpful to me! I really love and i enjoy using this application to read my messages, etc. God bless to the developer of this Eloquence Text To Speech. :)
This sound is good for blind people's I love it
best speech ever for android
This update is really awsome because of emotocons/emojis to be read optionally. I'm giving 5 stars to this now. Well done, team!
Several months ago you promised to add more volume options. This is not done when it is I will give it 5 stars
Registration error often come. Even tho purchased from Google play. Else love it.
This is pathetic it is totally unusable on Android 5.0 the keyboard will not work properly it continually crashes every time the screen is unlocked
Really awesome app!
Thanks, works great. Nice to have synthesized speech on my phone that remains intelligible even when I read very fast.
Hope the developer will tweak the voices further to make them humanlike. The monotony of each voice bugs me.
Difficult to understand
This ap is really awesome!
NOT compatible with the S Pen on the Note 4. More of a hassle than an aid. Can not navigate fully with the S Pen and can not switch from one screen to the next in app drawer. It hangs on some things and repeats content repeatedly. Wasted $20. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR NOTE 4 USERS. If I get to where I can't see to use a tochscreen then I will go back to a flip phone. A blind person needs to feel what they can't see. It needs something that is tactile. UNINSTALLING.
Eloquence is the best tts for perfect pronunciation! Thank u code factory! There's only 1 problem I faced is, when i uncheck the check box, it says checked. when i check the check box. its saying unchecked / not ticked. please fix this issue.
It's good that Eloquence, the familiar and beloved TTS engine, is available for Android. However, it has pesky consonant-initial audio cutout issues on Android 5 Lollipop. That is, either while typing or reading by letter or word, you'll often hear consonants like "t," "p," "k," "d," etc broken. This has been affecting Eloquence for months without the developer doing nothing about it -- something very strange and disturbing for such an expensive application. Also, Eloquence has a problem with "apostrophe" -- ' -- in some applications where words containing an apostrophe are separated into two words. For instance, you're is read as you re, isn't is read as isn t, etc. Until these issues are resolved, I give the app a 2-star rating and don't recommend it to Android users. Developers like CodeFactory should learn not to exploit users' initial enthusiasm for a TTS engine by bringing it to Google Play, working on it for a few months, and then dropping it like a hot potato -- half-baked. For the very same reason, neither do I purchase their other TTS engine nor do I recommend it.

Good work. I use Eloquence with my Windows PC. Thanks for dictionary features.
Eloquence is the best synthesizer in the world. Thanks to port it on Android OS.
Very good and responsive. Thank you.
Very good
I'm a legal user of Eloquence TTS, using the same in my two Samsung devices: Samsung Galaxy Grand GTI-9082 and Samsung Galaxy Chat GTB-5330. I was happy with it until I started getting a disturbing error message since yesterday in Samsung Galaxy Chat GTB-5330. This TTS asks me to register it on Google Play which I did; but no solution so far. I even reinstalled the same, but this issue still persists. What to do, dear devs? I'll refine my rating of this app when my querry gets resolved.
I like this voice, it is the best in the world.
Eloquence is the best TTS engine I have ever used and I am someone who experiment quite a bit with different options. There is nothing better when it comes to responsiveness and stability, and no other engine can hold a candle to Eloquence as far as fast reading is concerned. There is daylight between Eloquence and the next best in this regard. When Code Factory brought Eloquence to Android, it retained these best characteristics and it has been my default TTS for some time now. CF were good in quickly responding to user feedback though there were a glitch or 2 that were unaddressed in the previous update, but with this quick fix that has come only few days after the last update, the issue regarding incorrect reading of call duration that I had reported a couple of months back has been fixed. Rating the app only 4 now, as I still feel Eloquence has to speak a bit louder. It still quieter in comparison to the Google TTS or eSpeak, and on phones with not so good volumes to start with, this is still a big issue.
If it wasn't for the Eloquence text-to-speech engine, I wouldn't be flying around on my Nexus 5 like I do on a daily basis.
I love eloquence, thanks for it. My opinion? The best TTS in the world.
one of the best out there and very configurable.

A Great Android app, having the likes of JAWS for Windows. The Standard voice of Reed, is very popular & excellent. This is also Welcomed a addition to Mobile Accessibility. Great Job Nuance! Thanks for a Professional Voice Application, for Android.
Hello, I am refining my rating of this app due to my own inability to initially figure it out. It works great.
still speaks punctuations after choosing none! have some issues with number processing as well.
Very solid product.
