In the US, all we have is first-past-the-post, and I talk to peers and individuals about the common spoiler effect of the 3rd party backing. It is extremely useful in showing how a multi-party democracy in the west works. And not only that but it shows certain types of party list options of calculating the vote. It calculates party list formula comma and I think it could include the droop quota, but overall excellent educational app.
