Aranjuez

Aranjuez es un municipio de Madrid, al que atraviesan los ríos Tajo y Jarama. Es uno de los Reales Sitios de la monarquía española desde que Felipe II lo nombrara en 1560, al igual, tiene el título de villa desde 1899. Por ello que se conoce como Real Sitio y Villa de Aranjuez.

Es famoso por su Palacio Real y sus Jardines, sus huertas de fresas y espárragos, por haber servido de inspiración al músico Joaquín Rodrigo para su Concierto de Aranjuez. El Paisaje Cultural de Aranjuez fue declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO en 2001.
