Was in a different hospital without records, was able to show nurses and docs all my test results on my phone to help with diagnosis. Great App:)

Needs biometric data enabled for unlocking the app and not having to use a password, that's the only issue I can conjure up, that is kinda lame though.. Great app other than that

Want to know the difference between genius and ignorance? Genius has its limits; ignorance DOES NOT! Most of the people who rate this excellent app <5 stars prove the latter to be true. This app serves as a "vehicle" to conveniently provide patients with various desired & needed healthcare information and data. This EPIC app is well-developed and dev is ongoing. BUT, EPIC CAN ONLY PROVIDE THE INFORMATION & DATA THAT YOUR HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION AND/OR PROVIDER ALLOW(S) IT TO HAVE AND PROVIDE! Don't blame the app by rating it low for issues out of its (or EPIC's) control! TGHMD

This app was better before the upgrade. I use it daily but can't now. It lets me put my password in then it immediately closes.

You still want me to log into my doctors at Weill Cornell to see my numbers now it no longer allows it says server error it's funny because my doctor sent me a nasty the message right before I delete the app and stop going there but I can't get into it... Funny oh well glad I stopped going there

I would give it a 5 if it would let me sign in and not give me unfortunately, mychart has stopped message after this update I just did.

Missing information, including growth charts. Unable to print (works from web browser). Unable to forward messages to spouse/caregiver (use web browser to copy and paste insyead).

Why can't I see Outgoing messages I've sent to my Dr? This leaves me with no way to confirm reciept.

Love this app. Use it all the time to check lab results or for appointments, meds lists and to keep in touch with my doctors

Very helpful don't know what I would do without now. Can keep track of appt,medications, refills can ever text my dr.

It's a good app. Once all info is in system I see great benefits for patient and doctor.

This app is a very handy tool; both easy to use and efficient. I have to manage multiple doctors, hospitals, appts & mssgs; this app lets me do that without dragging my laptop around. The app's staff are TERRIFIC. They gave me prompt assistance w/ a server login issue when I needed to message my doctor & read his replies. 5 STARS!

Can't clear Health Notifications even though they are passed due or have been taken care of. For example Flu shot provided at a clinic can't be added by user and shows up for years after.. Otherwise a useful app...More functionality would be nice...Seems you have slowed down on enhancing this app in relation to the web site.

You can't have multiple places on it. Cannot add providers. Not as easy as Follow my Health app. I wish my doctors had not changed to this service. You cannot have doctors that work for different health systems. I have doctors that work for different health systems. I can only keep up with a few of my doctors. The rest I will have to keep up with appointments, test results and prescription by writing everything down .

What it does, it does well. Very easy to see graphics, it loads quick and has a few very useful features, everything always works in the latest version. However it lacks many critical features, like symptom trackers and being able to write a healthcare provider via a look up system (not all my providers are in the contact provider page) also for prescription refills it defaults to the last provider that filled it and that causes delays and denials if that isn't the original prescriber, I should be able to choose. It has unnecessary features like health reminders that hsve nothing to do with me and do not apply. A few improvements are in order.

The company actually contact me for trouble shooting, in reference to my previous review. They solved an issue! But in reality the app is insufficient. It isn't in sync with my actual records. I have EPILEPSY and it claims I have NO medical conditions. Smh! The only reason they are getting more than one star is their customer great service.

UPDATE! The staff at Epic were GREAT! They actually got back to me and helped to resolve my concerns. If after you install the app and you can't get to the Web version any more (like I did), email Epic and they'll help you out! THANK YOU EPIC!!!! The app is a light version of the online version. The email is missing Sent Items and it doesn't allow payments. What's worse is once this is installed, you no longer can go to the online Web version, even after uninstalling the app.

Very helpful app. I wish all my meds weren't duplicated over and over every time I refill them at the pharmacy. Makes med list confusing and cluttered

It won't let me log in throws a error everytime. I have unistalled and reinstalled it several times. Guess I will just use the web base application. Good try but it is garbage

I can no longer make an appointment. It doesn't let me check one of the boxes that's required to continue. It used to be so easy to try to make an appointment, but I can no longer do it! I hope it changes back to how it used to be!

App doesn't work for me. I get and error every time I load it. (Samsung S6) EDIT: I removed and reinstalled the app and it's working fine now!

I think this app is great but one thing you guys should incorporate is having digital copies of doctors notes for school and work available on the app that can be emailed to work or school if the hard copy is ever lost and having more than one hospital synced at a time but other than that it's pretty good

This app should be so much better. I have an N6 with a HUGE screen. However, trying to send a message has gotten impossible on my phone. So I have to go back to logging in via the website to communicate with our doctor. The "if this is an emergency, call 911" blah blah message takes up over half the screen no matter the orientation. Now there's a floating send button that covers the subject, and attachment fields and the keyboard covers the rest of the screen. We should be able to dismiss the message, or at least collapse it.

Latest upgrade makes it unless. My doctor wants me to track my bp weight and sugar. You can no longer do this. It used to be a good app but no more

This app is so easy to use. Its great for busy people like me to be able to pull up this if i am at a doctor that doesnt have access. It is great to help me remwmber when i have appointments

I received a letter from my Dr. The phone app doesn't display letters, but does show a notification for letters. Not very user friendly when your physician sends you test results in a letter and a PC is not nearby.

Will not let me login. It keeps giving me an error message. But I can login just fine from my laptop. This app does not work

My Chart got an Update and now DOES NOT WORK AT ALL..PLEASE FIX ASAP OLD VERSION WORKED WELL

It won't open on my phone anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times, even restarting my phone. Used to use it all the time but now it no longer works

This app is awesome. I keep up with all of my doctors appointments, meds check, ups!, and labs I can even talk to my physicians.

I can basically only send messages to our doctors on this app, no doctors appointments can be set up for our local office because... i don't know why.... that basically renders the app almost useless.

Ok for reading stuff via mobile device, but beware the messaging app. Finding the SEND icon is a Where's Waldo search. I know it's underneath the keyboard, but one cannot efficiently scroll to it. Move it up, please.

I am very unhappy with the new update i can now schedule appointments with one doctor. And before I can schedule with all my doctors. we need ER tests added so we can see them too

Its only good to see meds or appointments but can't schedule them. It's very annoying
