the ear hook can be a lot more sturdy. after wearing for awhile the ear hooks will break. i took thick black coated electrical wire and made a better ear hook out of it. don not try to adjust bluetooth while it is on the manufacters ear hook it will break ln half very easy.

I finally got it to work. It seems to be ok so far. I still got to perfect it. Takes forever to download your video though.

Please fix this its very slow downloading what is point to having ehear if app is not working

I don't like it at all and it don't work right at all and also it has no , no ,no, no, sound at all and that's why I don't like it at all and it sucks like egg ... :-( that's the truth what I am telling you right now it really sucks . And it doesn't work right way at all and also it has no sound of the video and that's why I say sucks

How about open sourcing the app and throwing it on Github so that other people that want to improve it can that way the people that actually bought the product can actually use it.

Takes an eternity and hundreds of attempts to pair the camera to the app, multiple problems with bluetooth call function please fix this, it's a nice piece of work but needs way too much improvement ASAP

Connects the devices for a few seconds only to say "Device Busy" after. Eventually (in less than a min) crashes my devices Bluetooth (device notification) and makes the on/off switch unresponsive.

For those that are having trouble. Make sure the microsd card is formatted to FAT32. For whatever reason it is the only format that works. Next, connect it by turning on the device and opening the app. Turn off the bluetooth on your phone, then press the white word "search" and wait until you get a pop up that asks if you want to connect. Give it permission and then it should let you record. Hope that helps. Took me forever to figure out this silly device.

I finally got it to work. It seems to be ok so far. I still got to perfect it. And by the way, Black motorists lives matter!

Delivery through Amazon was nice & fast. I like the design but the instruction manual is way too tiny, the pictures are all black which makes instructions more difficult. I'm pushing all the right buttons, have the memory chip in but can't seem to record anything. All the lights come on, so I know it's not dead. Tried pairing with my LG Android, no problem the first time but now can't even seem to do that (device is not being recognized by the phone after the initial pairing) More instructional videos would be nice.

Please update the app it needs it

Same problem as below. I'll take it up with them via ebay. ** It takes an sd card which is not a included. There is a you tube video on how to do it. Shame its taken so long to get to this point

Cant even download the app to my note3 l have to view what l recorded by taking the card out and putting it in the computer fix it and you might get a better response from me

Does not work at all. Shows Bluetooth connected, but no video or audio.

OK, I am very frustrated with this app. I am using a Galaxy S5 running Lollipop. Application keeps giving me an error "LC_START_VIDEO_FAIL ERROR" when I try to record. Also the E2 device will not record without the application. It is not showing that I have any memory available for the very brief time that the app connects to the device, but I have a 64GB card installed (per specs, system will work with a 64GB card). This needs to get fixed! I will increase rating when they fix the app.

I have an s4 and the spp dont work at all. I cant connect to Bluetooth i can't connect to the app. FIX THE APP! FIX THE APP! FIX THE APP!

The device is great. But, that app tho.. Come on. Put some effort and update this. It literally works about 25% of the time, and then you have to go through a process to do so. If yall could get this taken care of it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Also the transfer rate is SO slow. Fix that if you will.

Does not see/recognize camera. (Note4). Antivirus evaluates their website as "malicious" side.

Junk junk junk please fix this app

First time I paired the device works but app couldn't start or run the video record. So I turned off the device then back on and it wouldn't reconnect so I unpaired and turned back on and it paired successfully but wouldn't run vido app. If it's not one problem is another

This app does not work and the camera is a cheap piece of garbage.

This app works fine on my Xperia z3. Those people who say it doesnt work are clearly not pairing it rite, once its paired and u switch it on open this app wait ten seconds then connect, connects 1st time every time, and for those ppl saying there's no audio with video havent set there settings properly u need to set audoand video in bluetooth settings 1st time u connect, gd app works well a few more settings in app would b good

The app does need some work. I've had no problem pairing the device to my s5. The only issue I have a problem with is that it says you can edit or preview using the app but that is bogus. I can record audio and video but no preview. Please fix this problem. This is only half an app. Also it shouldn't take an eternity to download 2mb of video to my phone. That is ridiculous.
