행정자치부에서 국민들의 생활 속 불편사항을 쉽게 해결해 드리기 위하여 「생활불편신고」 서비스를 개발하였습니다.
불편사항이 발생하였을 때 어디에 해결을 요청해야할지 몰라 답답하셨다면,
이제 ‘생활불편신고’ 앱 하나만 있으면 행정기관에 불편사항을 간단히 신고(민원 접수)할 수 있습니다.

1. 민원등록
: 스마트폰의 다양한 지능형 기능(GPS, 사진 등)을 이용하여 자치단체로 불편민원을 등록하는 서비스입니다.
민원등록 과정은 [유형선택->영상첨부->내용입력->신고위치선택]으로 순차적으로 구성되어 있으며, 처음 사용하는 이용자도 손쉽게 민원을 등록할 수 있습니다.

2. 자기민원 보기 및 만족도 평가
: 본인이 등록한 민원에 대한 처리상황 조회가 가능하며, 처리결과가 등록되기 이전에는 자기 민원을 삭제(취하)할 수 있습니다. 또한 민원 처리결과에 대하여 만족도 평가를 할 수 있습니다.

3. 완료답변보기
: 다른 사람들이 공개민원으로 등록한 민원에 대한 답변과 평가를 조회할 수 있습니다.

※ 지속적으로 현재 위치를 수신하지 못할 경우 스마트폰을 재부팅하시면 위치를 수신할 수 있습니다.

"Report uncomfortable life" to let you easily solve the lives of citizens complaints in the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs has developed a service.
If you do not know what to complaints where the request solve this occurs when frustrated,
Now, if the "Report comfortable life" app one can simply report the complaint to the administrative authority (civil registration).

1. The civil registration
: A service using a variety of intelligent functions of the smartphone (GPS, photos, etc.) to register complaints with the inconvenience governments.
Civil registration process consists of sequentially Type Select -> Attach Image -> Type to Select> Report Location, users can also easily use the first time you register a complaint.

2. View and civil self-satisfaction rating
: Situations and can handle queries about the complaint registered with the principal, before the registration process, the results can be deleted (dropped) magnetic complaints. You can also evaluate their satisfaction with respect to complaints handling results.

3. Complete Show answers
: Other people can look up the answers and assessment of complaints registered public complaints.
