This is truly the best if you're looking for a new home microwave. The turbo defrost setting thaws chicken in half the time it took my previous microwave. The popcorn and other auto-sensor settings work reasonably well, and the turntable (which is essential to any good microwave) stays in place. The only thing I wish this microwave had is more power levels, for some reason it only has 5 rather than the conventional 10. Overall, I'm very happy with this microwave, and I know if anything goes wrong with it the 5 year warranty will keep me covered! ***Update*** After using this microwave for a week, I have decided to switch to a toaster/microwave combination unit. While the features of this microwave were indeed useful, it was simply taking up too much space on my countertop.
