How come we get blocked for not going into dangerous pick up location. Our lives are at risk in Jhb n Pretoria bt we r the ones who must feel the pain of not doing business

When you select call client in the new update, the app stops.

This app is good for business but Taxify must verify the client's information before they can utilise this service. Some people don't even write their real names e.g Mr, Dr, Ms. Card users are much better compared to cash users in terms of driver's safety.

The app is very unstable on my device. I can barely accept rides and for the few that come in, I can barely end the trips. Yet my device shows 4G connectivity.

This is the worst app to work with in Kenya. Its too complicated and breaking even is not easy for it's business. Poor monopoly management make TAXIFY the worst app in Kenya

My first client with taxify was cash payment and rider did not pay and I reported to taxify over 30 hours ago still no any response, 0 support, I can't compare with uber, also the taxify navigation is very very bad,

Wish d trips can be monitor automatically by the app even if the network crashs and comes back on

driver safety should be more emphasised...add more information about riders to avoid being robbed and to be able to trace the perpetrators and please start charging for trip cancellations...

I wish the App has traffic information, So as to help Drivers with the best and shortest route. Also in-built Toll-gate charges.

It's very good, their direction are very clear, it helps me to locate my pick up and drop off point very easy.

Plebs from Africa and Asia shouldn't write negative coments if they use s4 as a phone and complain about bugs lmao

Its ok but its one sided on ratings it doesn't tell who is at fault client or the driver they just dropp our ratings

Bad app they don't care about drivers,you get blocked for no reason at times,once got blocked because i did a 900rand trip and they said it was fraud whilst the rider paid in cash,which to me didn't make sense,i now got blocked because my previous partner said i owe him money,they didn't call to confirm wether i did owe him money or i didn't i just got blocked just like that..........We the drivers and you should care and respect the work we do,the places we drive and our service to riders.#nothappydriver

Great app, let upgrade to destination settings

Great app...works just fine but lags when the internet connection is wonky. Perhaps something can be done to fix that.

I think the navigation must be updated so that the drivers can be able to see kilometres and time to arrive at the drop off areas

More can be done for SA issues
