Great service and very good app

This app is nonesense!! Everytime i request a ride they always have to call and tell me that they still have somewhere to go! As in they running a business for crying out loud! They cant be running personal agenders!

Servicio extremadamente inseguro, la persona que llega es diferente a la que marca la aplicación, no hay conductores el tiempo de espera es demasiado largo. El tiempo de espera para resolver una queja es de mínimo 5 horas!!!! Qué horror de servicio asqueroso

I sent them msgs on certain issues i have had. And no 1 responded or read the msgs. So for that reason they are getn 1 star

Simply doesn't work, user experience on s8 was lacking, unable to book a taxi, map jumping all over the place, requests for random location s and fees. Reverted back to uber. Disappointing.

Nice app, but I need to be able to see the map while the trip is ongoing. Helps to know if a driver is intentionally and maliciously taking a longer and slower route.

Why the heck can't you set the destination and see the estimated cost before requesting the taxi?? It makes no sense hense I'll always use Uber.

I use to tell everyone about taxify , however as of recent they've been having problems with the app and when trying to make contact with the " customer support services" no one gets back to you.

At the moment, Taxify is much better than Uber by my standard(which is really high). I appreciate the fact that it makes the experience really nice and affordable(most important). If the standard is maintained, be sure of my continued patronage.

I like taxify but the GPS as a bif issue with adress the current adress is not exact that the only thing I can suggest you to emprove. Thank you

So inaccurate with price, saying cost between this and that and when you arrive at destination it's more than the judgement. It's a NO GO!!!

There is no proper response from the support team .wrote couple of times no.one respond till now

It was both faster car delivery and more fun when it was possible to choose the car. We need it back!
