The app is useful as it has a lot of features that are helpful while being in this university, such as bus routes, MyUW, and more, but the UI feels outdated and not very user-friendly.

Many features do not work on offcampus tablet

The app works sometimes and can be useful but often I have to open the app several times before it works. I dislike the new layout of the app especially the new menu. Having to wait for the menu options to finish scrolling down before I can select them is just annoying. The few positives of this app is accurate bus times, and detailed route maps. I just wish it wasn't so buggy and or resistant to work. I always laugh when the app stops working because it literally says Wisconsin has stopped working.

Its had its issues with starting and stopping. Kinda a pain when you want to go back to the previous page and it just goes back to the menu. Had some trouble opening a couple pdfs. But it is really nice to have an app for school. I hope they fix it up.

Crashes, logs you out, doesn't open PDFs or word docs or ppts, total junk. Almost useless

I did like this app for bus tracking, but the current version does not allow me to add "favorite" stops. So now I have to manually search by stop number each time. This is really inconvenient if I am trying to plan when to get to the bus stop and I don't know it's number off the top of my head. Needs to be fixed! Also hate the bouncing screen when the main page opens.

Please pay attention to Android too. The bus tracker never loads any more.

The majority of this app is broken and not optimized well for android, constant crashing and poor accessibility will keep this app from being "essential" or "useful"

Can we really do something about the interface please? I'm pretty sure the CS guys would be excited if you give them a chance to re design it!

Crashes a lot and is very touchy to the back button

It used to show where the buses on their route map were, but it doesn't show anymore, please fix this.

I primarily use this app for the bus times, and while it's nice to have live times for each bus, it's not helpful if they never load.

I really like the new UI, but I think the background photos need to be chosen carefully as sometimes the text on top of the images becomes hard to read.

I wish the menu would not bounce when the app starts, I always click the wrong thing.

Functional, yet horribly broken. Every time I open it, it crashes and I have to open it again. Then it works. Useful only for the bus tracker.

The bus app is very useful. The other stuff I find hard to use.

Please fix it. It's quite frustrating to be stranded...especially with winter on its way!!!! And when we aren't in Kansas any more...

Never works when you need it to. Every new update is worse than the last. The app worked the best my freshman year; I'm a senior now and it still hasn't been fixed!

I think for the most part, the app is okay. Bus times are not as accurate and can definitely be improved. I tend to get a lot of "error" when using the bus app saying something went wrong or it has a hard time finding my location which is weird because I have my wifi on all the time and mobile data.

The bus arrival time could be more accurate， and shouldn't be that hard to show me the bus route

It keeps crashing. I mainly use it for the Bus times. Would be really nice if when I click on the bus number it shows only that specific bus route, that bus time and the stops close to where I am.

Using learn@uw and email can be a real pain due to the app constantly logging you out. Not worth the headache.

The bus app is beyond broken

Slow and crashes constantly

The Real Time bus info fails to load with an unknown error 9 times out of 10. It also randomly stops working and crashes. Lastly, the menu items bouncing around on the home screen, which maybe looks neat, makes it impossible to make a selection until it settles down.

I still like the old bus app better. However, the update is a little better than previous one. It says error a lot. If it's not broke, don't fix it. I like the original bus app.
