* Retention policy - Check to delete RSS feeds older than 30 days
* Sync at Startup - Check to automatically pull RSS feeds from server when the app starts up. The auto-sync only happens when you start up the app and it must be 12 hours since the last sync. You can always use the manual sync to pull the latest feeds.
