2. شرح مفهوم كل من البيئة الداخلية والخارجية مع بيان عناصر كل منهما.
3. بيان مكونات برنامج التحليل البيئي والمفاهيم ذات العلاقة .
4. تعريف مفهوم رسالة المنظمة مع بيان آليات صياغة رسالة المنظمة والعناصر الأساسية المكونة لها .
5. توضيح المفاهيم المتعلقة بكل من( الاستراتيجية البديلة، الخيار الاستراتيجي، والرقابة الاستراتيجية والتغيير الاستراتيجي )
6. بيان أهمية الإدارة الاستراتيجية في منظمات الأعمال. Strategic management

You are expected - Dear student - should be able to:
1. Clarify the concept of strategic management, and to identify with the statement entrances formulation.
2. Explain the concept of both the internal and external environment with the statement of the elements of each.
3. Statement of Environmental Analysis software components and related concepts.
4. The definition of the concept of the organization's mission statement with the mechanisms of the organization's mission and the drafting of the basic elements of its constituents.
5. Clarify concepts related to each of the (alternative strategy, strategic choice, and control strategy and strategic change)
6. Statement of the importance of strategic management in business organizations.
