يتوقع منك -عزيزي الدارس- بعد دراسه هذا المقرر أن تكون قادراً على أن:
1. تدرك معنى التوعية الفقهية وأهميتها ووظائفها.
2. تعرف سعة آفاق الفقه الإسلامي، وكفاءته الكاملة لتقديم الحلول الناجحة للقضايا والمشكلات المستحدثة، وصلاحيته لجميع الأزمنة والأمكنة.
3. تتصور الجهد المضني الذي بذله علماء الفقه الإسلامي في خدمة الشريعة الإسلامية.
4. تعرف القواعد الأساسية الكبرى التي ينبني عليها الفقه الإسلامي وفروعها في جميع أبوابه وشرحها. You are expected - Dear student - after this course to be able to:
1. Aware of the meaning and importance of awareness of jurisprudence and functions.
2. Capacity know the prospects of Islamic jurisprudence, and efficiency to deliver full successful solutions to the issues and problems developed, and its validity for all times and places.
3. Imagine the painstaking effort that had been made scholars of Islamic Sharia in the service.
4. Know the basic rules that underpin the major Islamic jurisprudence and its branches in all the doors and explained.
