1- تميز بين أنواع الشركات التجارية والإلمام بشروط تكوينها.
2- تتمكن من إجراء المعالجات المحاسبية لتكوين شركات التضامن والتوصية البسيطة والمحاصة.
3- تقوم بإعداد الحسابات الختامية.
4- تتعرف على طبيعة الشهرة وكيفية قياسها محاسبيا.
5- تتعرف على إجراءات إعادة تنظيم شركات التضامن.
6- تفرق بين الأسباب العامة والخاصة لانقضاء شركات الأشخاص وتصفيتها. You are expected - Dear student - after this course to be able to:
