عزيزي الدارس، بعد الإنتهاء من دراسة هذا المقرر يتوقع منك أن تكون قادراً على أن:
1- تميز بين الأنواع التي تتكون منها شركات الأموال، ويتعرف على طبيعة شركات المساهمة وأهميتها وخصائصها وإجراءات تكوينها ، وكيفية إدارتها وفقاً للتشريعات اليمنية.
2- تتعرف على المفاهيم المختلفة لرأس المال وأنواع الأسهم ، والمعالجات المحاسبية لإصدار الأسهم، وكذلك المعالجة المحاسبية لمصاريف التأسيس والإصدار.
3- تتمكن من إجراء المعالجة المحاسبية لعمليات تكوين رأس المال في الشركات المساهمة وتعديله بالزيادة أو النقصان.
3- تتمكن من إجراء المعالجات المحاسبية لقرض السندات في حالة إصدار السندات وفي حالة سدادها مع التعرف على كيفية حساب الفوائد المترتبة عليها.
4- تتعرف على قواعد قياس وتوزيع الأرباح الصافية في نهاية الفترة المالية وكيفية عرض القوائم المالية لهذه الشركات.
5- تتعرف على الإجراءات المحاسبية التي يتم إتباعها عند انقضاء الشركة المساهمة.
6- تلم بطبيعة شركات التوصية بالأسهم من حيث تعريفها وخصائصها وإجراءات تكوينها وإدارتها.
7- تتعرف على الإجراءات المحاسبية لتكوين رأس المال في شركات التوصية بالأسهم وزيادته وتخفيضه.
8- تتمكن من إعداد القوائم المالية شركات التوصية بالأسهم في نهاية الفترة المالية.
9- تتعرف على الإجراءات المحاسبية التي يتم إتباعها عند انقضاء شركة التوصية بالأسهم.
10- تلم بطبيعة الشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة من حيث تعريفها وخصائصها وإجراءات تكوينها وإدارتها .
11- تتعرف على الإجراءات المحاسبية لتكوين رأس المال في الشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة وزيادته وتخفيضه وكذلك انتقال الأسهم.
12- تتمكن من إعداد القوائم المالية للشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة في نهاية الفترة المالية .
13- تتعرف على الإجراءات المحاسبية التي يتم إتباعها عند انقضاء الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة. Dear student, after the completion of this course you are expected to be able to:
1 - distinguish between species that make up the capital companies, and recognize the nature of the shareholding companies and their importance, characteristics and composition procedures, and how to manage them in accordance with the legislation of Yemen.
2 - recognize the different concepts of capital and the types of stocks, and accounting treatments for the issuance of stock, as well as the accounting treatment for the expenses of incorporation and release.
3 - you can make the accounting treatment for capital formation in the joint-stock companies and modify the increase or decrease.
