يتوقع منك ـ عزيزي الدارس ـ عقب دراستك لهذا المقرر أن تكون قادراً على أن :
1. تدرك أهمية حقوق الإنسان باعتبارها حقوقاً لصيقة بالإنسان في كل زمان ومكان.
2. تعرف بأن حقوق الإنسان قد أقرتها جميع الفلسفات والشرائع والأديان.
3. تصنيف حقوق الإنسان ذات الطابع الدولي حسب مصادرها.
4. تستوعب كيف عمل آليات الإشراف والرقابة الدولية ومدى فاعليتها.
5. تقارن بين حماية حقوق الإنسان في الإسلام أثناء النزاعات المسلحة والقانون الدولي الإنساني. Dear student you are expected after your studies for this decision to be able to:
1. aware of the importance of human rights as rights closely to humans in every time and place.
2. know that human rights may be approved by all laws and philosophies and religions.
3 classification of the human rights of an international character by sources.
4. accommodate how the work of oversight and control mechanisms of international and effectiveness.
5. comparing the protection of human rights in Islam during armed conflict and international humanitarian law.
