1- يعرف الطلبة قدرة الجغرافيا السياسية على تحليل الأحداث السياسية التي تمر بها الدولة في مختلف الظروف والأحوال.
2- يمدً الطلبة بقاعدة معرفية واسعة حول المكان الذي تجري فيه الظواهر السياسية على النطاق المحلي والإقليمي والدولي .
3- يربط الطلبة بين الأحداث السياسية والقرارات الاستراتيجية للدول بمختلف أشكالها وأحجامها.
4- يكتشف الطلبة أهمية دراسة مقرر الجغرافيا السياسية لكل من الدارسين في الحقل الإعلامي والسياسي والعسكري والجغرافي . Geopolitics
