يتوقع منك ــ عزيزي الدارس ــ بعد دراسة هذا المقرر أن تكون قادراً على أن:-
1- تتعرف على الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالمعاملات المالية، وتتبع آراء الفقهاء فيها ،مرجحاً الرأي المؤيد بالدليل .
2- تدرك شمولية الفكر الاقتصادي الإسلامي لجميع نواحي النشاط الاقتصادي.
3- تفرق بين أنواع الشركات، ومجال نشاط كلٍ منها.
4- تطلع على آراء العلماء في المجامع الفقهية، ومراكز الأبحاث الإسلامية حول العقود المالية المستحدثة، وأعمال المصارف .
5- تلم بأحكام عقود الاستثمار المتنوعة : كالمساقاة والمزارعة وإحياء الموات وغيرها.
6- تستوعب الأحكام الفقهية للمعاملات المعاصرة، كالبورصة وبطاقات الائتمان، والاعتمادات المصرفية، والودائع المصرفية، والفوائد المصرفية ،والأوراق المالية والأسهم الاستثمارية .
7- تدرك حكم الشرع في أعمال المصارف المعاصرة.
8- تستوعب أحكام الفقه الاقتصادي للشركات الإسلامية .
9- تبين عقد التأمين وأنواعه، وتذكر رأي علماء الإسلام فيه.
10- تتعرف على الأحكام المتعلقة بالشركات، وتدرك أهمية وجودها في الحياة .الاقتصادية . Dear student you are expected after this course to be able to: -
1 - recognize the jurisprudence relating to financial transactions, and keep track of where the views of scholars, likely a favorable view evidence.
2 - recognizes the universality of Islamic economic thought of all aspects of economic activity.
3 - differentiate between types of companies, and the field of activity of each of them.
4 - check out the views of scientists in the jurisprudence academies and research centers around the Islamic financial contracts developed, and the work of the banks.
5 - punctuate the provisions of the contracts for various investment: Kalmsacah and the farmer and the revival of disused land and others.
