فقه المعاملات 1

1- توضح أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية المتوافقة مع أوامر الله عز وجل ونواهيه.
2- تحقق السعادة بامتثال تلك الأوامر واجتناب تلك النواهي.
3- تبين أن أحكام الفقه الإسلامي هي القانون الرباني الذي ينظم المجتمع الإسلامي.
4- تشرح أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في باب المعاملات والعقود والبيوع بصورة عامة.
5- تُورِدْ الأدلة في مسائل المعاملات والعقود والبيوع ومعرفة الراجح منها.
6- تناقش آراء الفقهاء في مسائل فقه المعاملات. 1 - describes the Sharia-compliant with the orders of Allah Almighty and prohibitions.
