7. تذكر أهم المدونات والنظم القانونية في الشرق والغرب .
8. تطبق مبادئ تاريخ القانون على تاريخ القانون اليمني .
9. تفسر علاقة التشابه بين بعض النظم القانونية في القانون اليمني مع النظم القانونية السابقة في اليمن . You are expected - Dear student - after this course to be able to: -
1. Describes the intended date of knowledge of the law.
2. Show the importance of studying the history of law.
3. Exposure to the stages of the emergence of the law.
4. Shows the evolution of the means of the law.
5. Explain the phenomenon of the evolution of the law.
6. Explain what is meant codification of the law.
7. Remember the most important codes and legal systems in the East and the West.
8. Apply the principles of law, the date on the history of Yemeni law.
9. Explain the relationship between the similarity of some of the legal systems in the Yemeni law with the legal systems in the former Yemen.
