احكام الاسرة

عزيزي الدارس، بعد دراستك لهذا المقرر ينبغي أن تكون قادراً على أن :
1- تُبين أحكام الأسرة في الإسلام و النظام الاجتماعي متمثلاً في الزواج وإقامة الأسرة.
2- تُفسر مفهوم النظام الاجتماعي في الإسلام المترتب على اجتماع الرجل بالمرأة في الزواج .
3- تُدرك أهمية مقدمات الزواج والمتمثلة في الخطبة وما يتعلق بها من أحكام.
4- تُقارن بين أقوال العلماء في أركان عقد الزواج وشروطه وأحكامه.
5- تُحلل أحكام المهر و النفقة.
6- تُعلل الفهم الصحيح لما يجب أن تكون عليه صلات الرجل بالمرأة والعكس من خلال حقوق الزوجين.
7- تُعرف الولاية والكفاءة والمحرمات من النساء.
8- تُوضح أحكام اطلاق وآثاره في النفقة والعدة وأحكام النسب والرضاعة واللقيط والحضانة.
9- تُعْظِّم صلة الرحم المترتبة على الزواج والطلاق في المجتمع . Dear student, after studying this decision should be able to:
1 shows the provisions of the family in Islam and the social system represented in the marriage and family residence.
2 explain the concept of the social system in Islam resulting from the meeting of men and women in marriage.
3 recognizes the importance of marriage and the introductions of the sermon and related provisions.
4 compares the views of the scholars in the corners of the marriage contract and the terms and provisions.
5 analyzes the provisions of dowry and alimony.
6 explain the correct understanding of what should be the links of men and women and vice versa through the rights of spouses.
7 know the state and the efficiency and the taboo of women.
8 illustrates the provisions of the launch and its effects in alimony and gunning and the provisions of the ratios and lactation and nursery bastard.
9 maximizes the kinship of marriage and divorce in the community.
