May as well take this app off the market..It hasn't worked in MONTHS!!!

It kepps saying cant refresh data,won't load

Mine wont work either. It hasnt for several weeks.

This was an excellent app before it had upated. But ever since it has updated it won't me load anything. And me being a teenager. I look out for things that go on this. But here lately I have been able to Bc it's not working.

I have had the same android phone but the app quit working so i took it down and reinstalled several times and still does not work. Its always worked before. Not sure what the problem is. Its great 5 star rating when it would load. Any suggestions TCSO

Still doesn't work after I uninstalled three times. Please fix a really great app when it works. I reinstalled after update in April 2017 and still doesn't work

Used to be an excellent app. Now it will not work at all for me. Have uninstalled/reinstalled, powered phone off/on, stood on my left foot and juggled chainsaws with right hand but still could not get the app to work. Others have no problem but not me

I give this app a 5 star but for the last week and a half its been saying error refreshing data i have a Samsung Galaxy S4 but every one elses i know is working for them. It wouldn't bother me if the tcso would reaccess the website again because its down as well please look into this and let me know whats going on or atleast reaccess the website please ive uninstalled and reinstalled several times still the same bug

How can I view all arrests? Im trying to look for some one who was arrested in Oct 2016 but nothing shows up. : update: thank you for the prompt reply

I have a Samsung Galaxy 5 Active and this App was great but now it want work with my phone. Please fix the problem.

Despite what has been posted, this app STILL has not been fixed. "unable to refresh data" for over a month. No sex offender data or arrest database.

I was told the problems have been fixed but it has been over a month since my app has worked. I have removed the app.

This is a great app that let's citizens of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama be informed of arrests,warrants,sex offenders near your location etc.

When i open it all it says now is retry loading but never does it did work fine but few days now sucks...plz fix

Ever since 3/7/16, when I open it everything says "retry loading". Can't view anything.

App is back up and running. Thanks. I use it all the time. Great app.

Seriously folks, it's nice to see who's arrested etc. But the main use of this app is to see where the sex offenders live. Can you un update it back to last summers version so it will work again.?

Why the last two days I have not been able to view anything. Every time I go to the app it just shows the home page then blinks off. Is there a reason why?

Pictures won't show of the people that's listed in jail. It shows the name and what they in there for. This been going on a whole week please fix it. Asap I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Still not viewable.
