Needs improvement on the bus aysterm as they don't always show up but all else is well!!

The new update sucks, logs me out of my account and has to open browser to download files.

The old version was better. Now I can't open or download pdf or word documents. I can't open powerpoints for my classes or view important content. I contacted TRACS support and all they told me was that they are thankful for my concerns and that they will submit my request. There is no guarantee that I will ever be able to use this app like I had before. This is unfortunate because I used it ALL the time before this worthless update.

New "update" is terrible. Constantly logs me out so that every time I need to do something with the app I have to login. Can only access my email by downloading another app can no longer access email through the app which makes the app worthless. The only thing they didn't mess up is the bus routes

Old version worked in every way. This one is awful and I can't even open word docs or see my schedule. I also have to sign in every time.

It's annoying that you can't zoom in on tracs.

Nothing opens!

The new version is lacking and in need of improvements. I have to sign in everytime I use the app...Everytime. Also, I can no longer zoom in on the TRACS page... Also, in order to open TRACS links instead of opening the PDF or PPT etc, it redirects to browser and forces yet another sign in on TRACS before downloading. Was a 5 star app before.

Terrible. It was great the way it was before. Cant zoom in on tracs, constantly logs me out, cant view courses. It's really annoying.

Why did you get it in the first place?? It was working great till you guys messed it up. It always logs me out. It's super buggy and it doesn't even show my class schedule! Please change it back to how it was. I need this app.

App was just fine before update, I can't zoom in and can no longer download files from TRACS to my phone

Really frustrating to work with, iteams disappear off the list and it won't keep me logged in. The worst part is haveing a seperate bobcat mail.

It's slow, sign me out can't even see my class schedule. Don't fix what isn't broken

I can no longer see my class schedule? Really? The only thing this app does is take you to tracs and you can just use a browser for that

Crashes whenever I open it since the new update.

It force closes as soon as it opens.

Two things bugging me with the update. 1) Can't zoom in full view. 2) Having to install a separate outlook app to view bobcat mail. Will give five stars when this is addressed. Reverting to previous version till then.

It's cool and easy to nav

It was great to see real time location and time for shuttles. Saved me a lot of time and headache.

Great app but the bus arrival times aren't correct, have to judge how long based on where it is on the map. Although they are working on it. Aside from that the convenience of checking all my bobcat stuff is awesome from grade to mail. And all the little extras.

Not sure if it's a first day of school glitch, but neither Android no iOS apps are showing bus or route info.

The texas state app can be convenient for looking at TRACS to get your assignments and checking your bobcat mail. DO NOT RELY on the bus shuttle part of the app though. It has insane glitches and I was 15 minutes late for my first day of class because the GPS on the buses were wrong. When the buses are coming 10-15 minutes later than what the" real time" tracking says it is then there is a problem!

Good app, but the Bus/shuttle app needs work. Estimate arrival time is almost never accurate.

Your screen must be constantly on to stream the radio station. Why? As well I can't get tracs to function at all.

The app is overall good BUT I can't add attachments to emails in app. I have to go to the actual site to add attachments and that is annoying.

Data problem seems to be fixed. Love the new ui and being able to access mail in app along with tracs.

It always says the tram is 1 minute away and then I'm out there waiting for 30 minutes. Or it says 50 minutes and the next second it says 13 min. Either way, the time is never accurate.

Ate up over a gigabyte of data in a week. I now have half a gig to get me through the next two weeks. Thanks, TxSt.
