The application has been designed to help you track of your health using the Live 5-4-2-1-8 model. This model includes a daily 5 fruits and vegetables, 4 bottles of water, less than 2 hours of screen time, participating in at least 1 hour of physical activity, and sleeping 8 hours a night. You can enter your daily data and view your progress over time in a history calendar. With this application, you can live a happier, healthier, and longer life!
All of your data entered will be contained on your phone in a local database. We do not collect any data from the application.
