Hear Lucerne

The Hear Lucerne mobile app allows you to participate in the “A Symphony for Lucerne” project launched by the Lucerne Festival in collaboration with composer Tod Machover at the MIT Media Lab and the citizens of Lucerne. With this app, you will be able to record, characterize, and upload special sounds you hear around the city of Lucerne. Using as many noises and sounds as possible that you submit, Tod Machover will compose “A Symphony for Lucerne” which will premiere on September 5, 2015, performed by the Lucerne Festival Academy Orchestra, conducted by Matthias Pintscher.
