Unable to read menus

This app worked fine a couple months ago before every thing was changed. Now he never I try to look at the bus routes it won't show me the actual name of the buss instead it gives me some number. (For example: instead of one of the circles that are brown saying "6" for the 6 brown bus, it will say some random number like "116" or something on it) It takes forever to figure out if I'm clicking on the right bus and when i do find my route, most of the time it won't show the schedule.

I like the app but a few months ago a few things went wrong. First the menus would list every single thing that could be available all at once (ex. Tacos, burgers, chicken fingers, tenderloin, mashed potatoes...). The second problem was the buses. I would look at the bus schedule and there would be 5 red circles for tge red bus and it would have the numbers 82, 83, 84... and It does this with all of the buses. Not sure if it was the update or the fact I have a Samsung?

App seems like it could be useful but when I attempt to login it constantly says there is an error retrieving my information

I loved this app but now starting my second semester and trying to update my classes, it tells me there was an error retrieving my information and will not update my schedule.

It keeps saying there is an error in retrieving and won't update my classes.

Maps do not work, app crashes when you select to add buildings

Class schedule working. Problem is now with maps and the Cyride function.

The app is fairly useful for the bus system and finding places to eat. Needs sports updates added in though.

This app makes me wet

The map doesnt work, buildings dont pop up, cyride isnt available.

The map doesn't work anymore, all the buildings are gone and can't be found in search.

Crashes before able to use..

You can't find the buildings on the map anymore. Why is that?

It's crashing

I used to be able to open the app and sometimes I was able to see bus routes. But not anymore. Now the app crashes as soon as I open it. Needs to have accurate CyRide schedules/locations, and should NOT require an Internet connection to view locations on the map.

Every time I goto check the laundry section of the app it crashes almost immediately

This new update hit it out of the park! It's so much more responsive and the new features make it very useful. I'll keep it brief, you have to have this app as a student at Iowa State

The bus schedule is just wrong. I think it might still be in Summer mode? I've missed waaaaay too many buses to continue using this, when I could just use the cyride website.

So since last year, I've trusted the mystate app for the ETA's of buses when going to class. Recently, the app started showing inaccurate ETA's about the next approaching buses, which highly disappoints me. So now, every so often, I would go to a stop with an approaching bus coming in 7 when it ends up with an added 20 minuets after I arrive. Again, fix it and I'll give it a better rating.

The etas are good but the times get the eta's added to the time so you'll get an eta of 10 min at 3:00 and it will sat 3:20

The cyride times are messed up, the ETA times are incorrect however the minutes til the next bus come are correct.

Cyride stop spot out of line, wrong timing showed, wrong timing prediction...

New update has messed up the CyRide times completely.

New update is buggy. I can't check the schedule of cyride anymore. Whenever I try, it crashes.

This app has so many bugs on android phones. Specially when checking the schedule, it crashes constantly.

App crashes when trying to view bus schedule every time

The bus schedule doesn't show up until u kill the app and restart. Happens to me all the time

App always forced closed on my old android and now my new galaxy s6 too. The app has had so many problems that my phone recommends I uninstall it because it is slowing down my phone.

Crashes all of the time

The app is well built with a good design. I love that everything you would want or need is within one app. I think occasionally the bus routes get the wrong information which can be annoying. Also, many of the articles in the news don't load or display at all after clicking on them. Overall the app is good and useful, despite minor bugs.

Compared to the older version of this app which felt like a frame for webpages, this newer app sports the latest and greatest in design for Android and is more functional than the previous app. CyRide, dining info, laundry times all work great. Some things that it could use would be floor plans or indoor maps for more buildings - they are available on the FPM website and can save time looking for where your class is at the beginning of the semester.

I use this app for cyride only. When I click on cyride it takes a very long time to load the route schedule. I could look it up in the timetable on cyride's website faster than the app can load nextbus. However the app is actually pretty good when it does work.
