Tried to use it and app keeps crashing. It says connected in the glass and when I hit tap to speak app crashes saying Unfortunately captioning on glass has stopped. Very disappointed, will keep trying a little more and if it doesn't work I will return the Google glasses as this was the reason why I bought them.

As one who has difficulty picking up speech in crowded spaces, this app intrigued me immediately. The instant transcription worked near-flawlessly with everyone in my family, including my 9 year old. I am more than impressed, even if most of the tech for the speed and accuracy of the transcription is Google's. The draw-back - If I want to use this in a conversation, I can't keep hitting the "Tap & Speek" button - I need to set it to go, and let it run for minutes or until batteries die. I could see using this with a BT headset, giving to my wife at a restaurant, and just letting it run throughout the evening. Is that in the future? Need a beta tester? I am very much looking forward to the future of this app. Great start, incredible potential.
