myFranklin Mobile App

It's not very useful. I was excited to see that Franklin University had finally got an app, but I can't do anything with it.

No better than mobile version of website. I can't view my course schedule, nor email students from my class.

Literally same thing as web browser except i cant even access my courses or email. Whats the point of this

The app barely works. Every time I try to use it, it just shuts down and I can't do anything in it

I dont know what everybody else is talking about, but this app does everything. Dont drink the haterade.

Downloaded 2x & it won't open. I get an error message.

Just downloaded the app and can't even open it. Will check back and update rating if I can ever access the app.

This app essentially does not exist. It shows that I have no assignments due this week, I have 14.5 hrs of work due this week. I emailed the Franklin help desk to make them aware of the problems I noticed and was told that a 3rd party company launched the app and the help desk does not provide support for the my Franklin mobile app. I requested further information as to who I should contact for support.... Stay tuned

Never able to open this app on my Galaxy Note 2. Needs work. ..perhaps it's still a work in progress.

Alot of force closing and rough handoffs

I thought it was cool to see an app for franklin, but it won't even open. Such a disappointment.

Started of well when I originally downloaded the app. I tried to log back in later, it kept forcing ME to close and report error. I had the app downloaded less than 8 hours before I uninstalled it.

Current student this app is worthless. Freezes up can't see anything besides the name of the course

Can't use email, can't post in discussions, can't even look at assignments. This app is pointless.

I couldn't even open it without an error message.

Not a good app. just go to their site.

Difficult to use. Can't see assignments.

Downloaded it twice and both times I would only get a not responding message when I tried to open the app.

Awful. Needs A LOT of improvement.

Definitely not the best thing in earth, but gets the job done. I can access blue quil and see my class, roster, assignments, updates on if feedback has been posted and my email. You can't drill into icons and read descriptions, that's my biggest complaint. But, the reviews saying this does absolutely nothing are just wrong. They must be on an older version or something.

This app is nothing what you expect from an institution that relies so heavily on the internet and its website to provide course content, communication, and accessibility. There is no truly valuable function built within this app.

I thought I'd be able to see class assignments but no deal. Nothing very useful inside the app.

I was excited to see the school had an app. With my phone the app will not even load with with the note 4. I hope that both the app and the mobile version of the school Website to be improved both will help out tremendously as I am always on the move and will be taking all my classes online right now. It doesn't even open anymore. Hope this starts running soon

I was SO excited to see a Franklin University App - I downloaded it RIGHTAWAY and logged in - only to be completely disappointed. As a transfer student from a different university that utilized mobile apps, I have struggled to adapt my habits to Franklin and their lack of accessibility. In a university app, this is what I look for: -consistent design and flow -I only want to scroll up and down, scrolling left and right is not fun or cohesive -I want to be able to completely access my classroom, be able to post on discussion boards, check assignments, and email directly from the app itself - without having a separate login What Franklin app DOES: -it gives the same screen that I can access in my mobile browser -I do not like having to login in 2-3 different times within the SAME app -scrolling left to right as well as up and down -no access to my classrooms, just my schedule Please work on this! I really enjoy the classroom experience on a computer, and I would love to be able to have an app that is worth downloading.

You can't do anything. Can't check class assignments, no email, it's just pure garbage!

App use to be very helpful and great. Now it won't even open. Just keeps saying mobile app has stopped. How can it stop if it hasn't even started yet?! Lot of good that does.

I am going to be a new student. I downloaded the app and have not been able to get it to work at all. My phone is compatible, and when I try opening the app, it tells me it has stopped working. What do I do??

App needs completely overhauled. Just installed and now uninstalling. Crashes and just isn't good. Expected more from Franklin.

Was so excited about my alumni having an app especially because I check my email frequently only to be let down. Cant access email. AND the app keeps crashing! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
