The app has tons of glitches and needs page location update. It's way too hard to find a page on an app that's suppose to make things simple. There isn't a settings place to change your password. Very disappointing app and very unhelpful tech support.

Well..I downloaded the app, downloaded the Comotology book used it the day of and the next day.. now two days later the book isn't on the app. NOW, I deleted and download it again, the book is not displayed with the first two books. Any Suggestions

I keep uninstalling and reinstalling it and still no book. Can't even do my work because there is no book to look at.

It Would be nice to pick a particular page instead of scrolling through the entire chapter. The book does not appear unless you sign out and sign in again

Super horrible, every time you exit out the app you have to re download the books all over again.

Works great on my GT4. Sometimes you have to log out then back in to reload the book, but that's never been a problem for me.

Had all access to the book at first, then it disappeared. Took a closer look at the description and noticed this app hasn't been updated in over a year! Useless.

This app sucks. It always shuts down and always say no email address found. Then they always tell us to uninstall the app and reinstall it back.

Book doesn't download

The book just dissapears, or won't load, or the app won't open. We've called for support and they just tell us to uninstall the app and redownload it. The tablet itself is awesome, it's just this horrible app. Like, how am I supposed to do my homework every night, or my work in class with this? It's a joke.

The book is available however you can't be on wifi while using the book because it will disappear. To use the book just get off WiFi and the book will reappear.

I didn't want a tablet I wanted a hardcover book! Now that I have the app it's so useless! I can't highlight, write notes, or even save a page! I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Their is no books and I call and they just tell me to re install and still no books I have try everyday different WI -first nothing works

Dowloaded the app 3 weeks ago while attending beauty school & have experienced missing book downloads 3x...have had to sign in each time I've closed the app (not signed out, just closed it) and most recently (today) my log in credentials won't work either... even tried to Uninstall & re-install the app like what was suggested in a previous review, then attempted to sign in again & the same situation occurred **NOTE: I'M USING THE SAME LOGIN CREDENTIALS THAT ARE WRITTEN ON MY STUDENT ORIENTATION PAPER**

My book just all of a sudden just disappeared. Uninstalled it three times and it still doesn't show my book. Please fix this problem because I can't do my work.

The books don't load and I have reinstall it every time I need to use it. Overall, it's really time consuming and frustrating

This app constantly freezes, or fails to load my books, causing me to have to re-install the whole app. .it's very frustrating.

Stupid app

App doesn't work as well as it did when 1st downloaded (app shuts down by itself, downloaded books disappear, have to sign in everytime after bringing tablet back to home screen, and search bar doesn't even work) tried uninstalling and then reinstall but same problems continue to occur and I don't plan on buying the book when the whole point of having the tablets is for our school work. Please fix these problems already, us students didn't pay all this tuition for little problems like this to occur!!

U cant highlight like you can thuze and its not easy to get to the pages and you have to log in every time u log on to the books

Id rather have thuze cant highlight or even get quick access to pages

Not able to access my books without signing out & signing in each time. No where near as accessible as Thuze.

Can't even received an email with my login information.

I've had to Uninstall & reinstall this app too many times. The app doesn't download the book completely. I finally got it after 3 tries but for some odd reason it no longer exists, only cover pages can be seen. I'm trying to study and I can't because this app sucks!! I'm going in for my 4th attempt
