I'm getting like 9 class alerts / reminders per class. Before the update I would get 4. The description says it's been fixed but obviously not. It's worse now. We should only get 1 reminder.

Unable to Log in. Prompts that I have the incorrect password (could be this app doesn't recognize case sensitive characters) won't use it untill it's fixed.

Never was able to log into it, always said wrong pass word or user.

I am also having issues logging in. I know my credential work.

Useless app....

I am not able to login on my app but I can log-in on my laptop. I have read the reviews here and the problem is that the techs here keep responding to those who can't sign in to to call the campus' Helpdesk, but the campus team told me to contact you guys. So what to do now, because I really would like to be able to get in before classes start on January 30th 2017.

Please add an option to remember the password. Saves time entering it every time I want to see my schedule. If chase bank offers this feature I don't see why CUNYfirst can't have it too. Thanks!!

Just downloaded and haven't been able to log in because of constant crashes...

I couldnt sign in. I attemped swveral times. I signed using my browser before reseting my password. It worked fine. It said something about my credentials.

It won't let me login. Keeps crashing.

Although this app is very helpful, it is also very buggy. When I recieve reminders for my classes it practically spams my phone's notifications and I end up with 6 or 8 reminders for the same class on that day. Also, is crashes very often, I'm not sure if my phone is to blame.. doubtful though, as my phone runs the bmcc app without any issues.

This is a useless app - does nothing one can't do more easily via a browser - and that's not saying much, if you know how awful the website is. In between constantly crashing, it will spam you with pointless "class reminders": a feature no one asked for, and can't be turned off. Who needs to be reminded that a class is about to begin - four times in the fifteen minutes before each class? No one! There are no actual features of CUNY first that exist in this app.

I thinks it's a new version right now.My friend can log in, but I still can not. I am sure my username and password is correct.

I'm able to log in via computer but the app says wrong information. I know it's correct but it doesn't let me do it

Even my friends have tried, nobody can log in.

Can access both first and portal with no problems on PC. App says that it's only available to students and faculty when I try to log in. Terrible app.

I just installed this on my phone and tablet today. So far,so good we shall see as the semester begins.

It won't let me sign in. I made sure the password and username are correct.

After the update the app works fine. Its a quick simple way to check on my schedule and check on my scholarships and stuff

The academic calender doesn't fit the content and there is no way to resize or scroll left to right

Easy access to class info from my phone.

It keep crashing. Won't open to let me check anything. Soon as I log in it crashes. Please make the necessary changes so I can use the app.
