Capella Mobile

The mobile update is Terrible!!!!! The layout is bad, when I try to post in a discussion I can't see what I'm typing.....just terrible!!

Works great for what I need. Not a fan of the Capella Library, due to the titles being cut off. But overall a useful app.

This app used to work and now, it won't even load!!!!

I have used this app for a few years with no problem. Lately it never will load properly. When I can get it to load it is glitchie and tends to freeze or shut down. Update: Since the response was posted I have done as suggested in the message. I cleared cache and updated to the new version. I am finally able to use the app again. I have hope that this version will work much better. Thank you for responding.

This app is easy to use. My only issue is that some of the links require routing to the full site. Make all links accessible thru the app..please and thank you

I am a online learner pursuing my dcotorate of education and initially it worked flawlessly and was even able to tell me which discussion post someone directly responded to me. The last few weeks the app stopped oppening. There was no question of update or force close. I'm re-installing it hoping this time it works better.

I have been unable to log in to my capella mobile for the last month. I've always been around a computer so i didn't worry about it. But its still annoying when tying to review grades but cant log into the app.

I've used the app since the beginning of the Winter 2017 Quarter without much problems. Though now I haven't had access to my studies, grades, assignments, and finances for the past 2 weeks. When I try to access any of those features I get a white screen displaying the message: "Unable to load. Please try again later." I gave it 2 stars because I am still able to post and respond to discussions. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly. At least before my business trip to avoid injuries in my overall performance.

The app has been very useful throughout my program but over the last few weeks I haven't been able to use it because it won't load at all. Really frustrating!

Needs an automatic save option. I cannot tell you how many times I have written a detailed discussion post with the app bc I am outside only to have it deleted completely bc I acxisently pressed the return button on my phone. Why is there no "are you sure?" prompt? Or automatic save. This app would be perfect if there was.

I have not been able to login to the app in several weeks. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. Nothing has changed.

As a flex learner, having the convenience of having access to my course information is important. The app loads fast and if the information I'm looking for is not apart of the mobile features allows me to connect easily and quickly to the full site which is optimized for viewing on my mobile phone. This is a must have for any Capella learner.

This app used to be great but for the past month it will not go past the intro page. I haven't been able to access discussions or anything else thru the app. Please fix the problem and I'll give it 5 stars.

I downloaded this app and had the pleasure of enjoying it for one week before it totally stopped working, meaning, it would not go any further than the opening to the Capella screen. I uninstalled it for several months and now I'm reinstalling it to give it another try. Let's see what happens.

I enjoy the capella app! Even though it has the occasional bug I rely on it to show me my grades, discussions, and course room tabs that I use daily. Would recommend to others! Thank you.

Weak app! It doesn't work, and just stays on the Capella logo on the opening screen .

Please fix, it's stuck on Capella screen with logo and black background. It's been this way for a couple of weeks.

My app has not worked in past few days, however I would have gave this app 5 stars. I have installed the app twice with no luck. Hopefully the problem is fixed soon.

And work flawlessly for me last semester now for the Post 3 weeks it only stays in the beginning black screen and does not work have uninstalled it and reinstalled it a few times and it still doesn't work

Great app. However, it's recently become entirely unresponsive. I've restarted my phone (Samsung J7) and reinstalled the app to no avail.

It was working fine but now its not showing the correct grades for my courses...When I login from the full site the overall grade is different than the one on the app.

When it actually works its a great app; the fact that it hasn't worked in over a week is frustrating and warrants the limited stars.

It's ok WHEN it works. But, it seems NOT to work fairly often.

Changing what i initial put. They fixed the issue. Works great now.

Easy to use!

I've restarted my phone, cleared the cache, done everything I can, and can't even get the home page. I just get the logo. I do so much from the app, and right before a business trip. It was working fine this morning. No updates are pending either.

Once logged into a course room it will show that I have unread replies to a discussion post but when I look at the different discussions it does not mark the discussion that needs to be viewed.

Can't connect to anything. Just comes up Capella University and doesn't take me any where. Have deleted and re-download re-downloaded but no success. Used to work, not sure what happened.

The app makes reading discussion posts and responses easier by providing on-the-go access; however, the app is still limited in nature. It is nearly impossible to post from a tablet or mobile device. Much of the course room is still not accessible through mobile.

I am no longer able to access the app. All I get is the logo. My doctoral class starts on Monday, and this is so inconvenient even with the links Capella keeps posting under the complaints to use. What is the relevance of the app if it doesn't work? I have reinstalled several times. When will the app actually work on Samsung devices again? Can we please get a real answer and not an auto response? Thank you.

No app is completely perfect, but this one is great! There have been many positive changes made. IT listens to complaints and enhances the app. I can access anything I need from this app. It is user-friendly and I am very happy with it! Yay Capella!

Update --122016 -- there have been even more improvements and I'm now going with 5 stars. Much more usable and useful now. Still can't see our grades which is why only 4 stars.

The app is great for checking school messages and looking at items, but it is terrible for reviewing submissions and checking important stuff lime financial aid disbursement...needs alot of work on these areas....
