Great app, does all the things I need it to

The timely updates make this app usable again. Finally, they've made it so both the Android and iPhone apps look the same and function similarly! It still has a couple things not entirely worked out, but it's manageable.

Thanks for the update. Hoping to see a more user-friendly version. I can't help but feel like a high schooler made this app with it's bare-bones functionality.

Piece of garbage. I get a servor error literally every time I wanted to do something useful, like check the menu for the Cannon Center.

Yikes. The BYU app used to be helpful, but now you can't even use it without signing in again and again. How annoying! Furthermore, the load times are long and you have to click out of the loading screen. The DUO security is annoying and won't remember me for 30 days, let alone from one minute to the next.

I really just use this for the cougar cash, and while it would be convenient, it encounters an error literally every time. Unusable.

Pretty much every "upgrade" removes features I use regularly, and deletes the favorites list I made. I just stick with asking for desktop on my phone's browser these days.

The improvements are awesome. Except for the new dining account. Having to open a browser to see the amount is annoying and I preferred the old format of simply saying if we were in the red or green on our spending.

The new update is fantastic. Especially the copyright feature.

Its got a lot of really useful information all in one place, and I honestly think every student at BYU should have this app. However, the programming is extremely antiquated, which makes it hard to use and navigate. Sometimes it will just randomly not work. It is rather frustrating.

For the most part it works alright, however when I attempt to connect to the Cougar Cash part of the app, it instantly goes back to the main screen and says "Cannot determine if card is lost." Frustrating when you want to check your balance or add funds to your account.

Not user friendly at all and I find it difficult to navigate. This woulda been awesome 8 years ago.. Not so much now.

WiFi needed to access any of the features on the BYU app. It won't work on just 4G. This is very inconvenient when I need to show my ID in the testing center, from my phone because I forgot my hard copy, and there is no internet in the testing center. It won't open. It automatically tells me that it "can't connect to byu services" & it didn't even try using the 4G. 2ND, As of right this minute I have no WiFi in my apartment, & couldnt use the app to look up my schedule for the 1st day of classes. FIX THIS

Great app, but we need to get the theme up to date with the times. I'd really love using this app then.

Ever since their new update, now new phones work great! Super convenient app.

Put Cougar Cash on the card, and I received an email saying that it's loaded and put on my card, but there's nothing there. I tried to buy lunch with it. I guess if it's not broken, then it needs to be fixed!!

I liked this app alot, but recently it will crash no matter what action I take. I can't use it for anything any longer--it just won't function.

Has gone through some nice updates, but needs some work to fixes the crashes.

Shuts down a lot. Won't load Learning Suite half the time. Frustrating and second rate. Disappointing.

Updated... and now crashes every single time... no matter what. Really!?

The app unexpectedly stops every time I try to open Cougar Cash from it.

It is great to access Learning Suite, the testing center website, and your ID card, but it is prone to be slow and unstable. Needs some work.

What is going on? I know it isn't a network issue, so why won't the app load? It won't log me in!

I use this app on a regular basis. It's especially helpful at the start of a new semester while shopping for books and searching out my new classes. Thanks!

This app is very neglected. It was terrible when I started at BYU and I'm going to graduate soon. Removed the ability to see scores on testing center screens and tell us to go to the app but the testing center is not on the app.

Useful for cougar cash deposits and showing your ID card in a hurry, but otherwise basically useless as its interface is extremely uninviting. You can't even clock in and out of your Y-Time job if you have one. It's faster and easier, ironically, to just use the mobile website, as much of a pain as that is to use as well.

This app is in need of some TLC. Not all the features work, in fact many just crash the app when you try and use it. The interface is messy and makes things unnecessarily difficult to find. Every time I try and use this app I just find myself on the mobile site.

It would serve everyone better, if it actually worked like its suppose to.

I tried to download a PDF and it downloaded it like 300 times before I manually quit the program

This app works fairly well. It is slow, clunky, and a pain to look at, but it works. It delivers an array of functional features that I have found highly useful as a BYU student.
