Does what it says but only has 1 color and no way to exit app. Also it was a little glitchy, had to kill it in task manager to work again.

The only positive characteristic is that it's an imaginative concept. Useless but imaginative.

No save, not enough options. Zoom, move, rotate as only option. No save, color, thickness option, etc.
