Official Auburn University App for Android
Crashes on start up and never ran. Had to be programmed as a joke app by Alabama fan.
Takes too long to load on Samsung galaxy s7
The app is basically useless. I downloaded it to find out dining hours, but all I get now is a blank white sidebar.
It always says everything is closed today! How am I supposed to eat now?
This app is poorly designed. I used it previously for seeing when food places were open. Now there is simply a list of every place versus having just the places open at a given time. A step backwards was this most recent update.
The Auburn app *used* to have the hours of every dining venue, which is all it has ever been good for, but now it doesn't even have that. The iPhone version of the app is kept more up to date. Most of the restaurants in the Android version just say, "No menu or hours available."
This app is useless on my Nexus 6. The pullout menu is completely blank and the app frequently freezes.
Since the app was updated the available dining options are never accurate. This was the only thing that I used the app for and it doesn't work anymore.
This apps pretty much useless. Freezes the second that it's opened.
Does so much less then the site doesn on a webbrosser is 10x less conveinant and barely manages to do the very few things its suppose to
That app just doesn't feel finished. It crashes a lot when I try to move to any section of the app randomly
App is completely unusable on Android devices when it used to work reasonably well before they made it the same format as the iOS version
Bad
The side bar is glitchy. Very poor app.
The old app was a lot more useful
Literally.
Crashes constantly
Dining function doesn't work
I don't understand how this app is so poorly designed...nothing works the way it's supposed to. Between crashes, lack of dining times, and having to scroll down a large blank page just to find a button, you're better off just searching on Google than using this.
Like the improvements
I'm running Android 6.0 and version 5.0 of this app, and I cannot use this app at all because it crashes less than 10 seconds after I open it. This happens every time I open it, and is the only app on my phone that does this.
I tried to get this so I can plan out when I can eat my favorite meals on campus, but venue hours are not listed. They do not have menus listed for venues, and no specials either. Why have those as part of the app if you are not going to take the time to even post them once? Very disappointed in Chartwell and Auburn because they do not care about the students as much as they do the alumni or the money I spend.
Its absolutely brilliant how people can design an app so inefficient and worthless. Says a lot of the university :^)
The app looks a lot better but it freezes for long periods when going to different areas in the app and occasionally crashes. It also has placeholder artwork still...
Checking grades is impossible because the "select term" box doesn't do anything. The dining portion is practically useless. If I can get it to open without the app crashing, I still can't be certain any of the time frames are correct. My phone will say 7 AM - 7PM, one friend's will say 8 - 8, and another says the whole building is closed all day.
It always says everything is closed today! How am I supposed to eat now?
When I open an email it takes forever to show and sometimes it doesn't show. Also make a right swipe motion to open the right bar.. New update keeps crashing
The new app is worse than the old one, it crashes and is badly designed
Although pretty helpful, the tigermail doesn't work for me. I've used the complete id too.
Clicking on a name in directory tab causes a ctd
Please fix the map
Tigeri crashes, everything else is ok. Samsung GS4
I love the concept of having the map show transit routes, but one big thing I think would help the app is making sure the building locator feature works, and what would also be useful is to find the travel time for walking, transit, and car between two points
Got this for the building locator. It does not work.
Whenever I try to open the app I get an unresponsive response and it crashes. I'm running 4.4.2
The back button kicks me out of the app. Mostly a problem onTigermail for me, because rather than taking me back to my inbox, I have to restart the app. Solid app otherwise.

On my Nexus 7, when using the ART runtime, it immediately crashes when opened.
Crashes constantly
by C####:
Crashes within fifteen seconds of opening it and pressing any option, without fail. I will say it's far less likely to crash if I simply open it and don't touch my phone afterward.
