This app will not load. When it randomly does load it's pretty useless. Sad because as an online student, having a working and useful app would make a world of difference.

Takes forever to load. Sometimes doesn't even load at all.

This thing has literally no point, it just sends to you webpages, including MyASU, no interface or anything. Way slower than going straight to where I want through the browser. I figured at 1.5k a class I would get more.

Very bad and basic user interface. It did not offer any change from the sight. It was also very slowly. I did not like how each widget was set. Hope they rework this app.

Sends you to the Internet. There is no app.

Useless

Being an ASU student, this APP appears quite useful to have when on the go. Expect then it turns out to not be so useful. At first glance it looks like an APP ahead of its time to have an easier time going around ASU campuses and finding out the news around. The APP is completely free and there are no ads throughout the APP at all. The icon itself is actually quite meaningful, showing the ASU logo and colors clearly on a white background. The best characteristics that is innovative is the interactive map, which shows where buildings are located. All the topics are easy to find throughout as it is simply labelled to find the topics that are desired, making it easy to navigate and appearing user friendly. Though, it does take a bad turn when the user friendly becomes less and less as more of the APP stops working along with errors popping up at every turn. Then the APP starts to reflect the non-popularity it has, where it has been downloaded thousands of times but have still been criticize for all the errors and lack of info and innovation that was expected. Overall, it is not worth at the moment to take up the amount of space it does on phones.

Its mostly links but still you get all stuff at one place. UI is clean, so its good.

10k on tuition per semester and we can't even get a decent app... I want my money back (20k)...

Map function needs serious work.

The Arizona State University app provides useful information for ASU students including maps, campus events, a directory, and more. Overall, it is a user friendly, free app that caters to its target audience of current ASU students. The icon is very straightforward and users know immediately what they are getting. Users can sign in to their My ASU accounts from the app which is helpful. The map was useful as well. It provided a solid visual of the Tempe campus in order for me to find where my classes are located and where to park. On the main screen the major categories are listed. Some of the choices take the user outside of the app and link to the ASU website. I didn’t find this to be an issue, though it may be useful to have Blackboard integrated into the app. The app is pretty simple to navigate and has large icons with solid visuals to help with ease of use. The app has a slick and professional appearance. There were a few issues within the app though. When I clicked on the sports icon nothing loaded and there are lag times in other locations as well. Currently only a small percentage of ASU students have downloaded the app, but I think more students would find it useful.

If this app had an actual interface instead of sending me off to web pages, it might even be useful. As it stands however, load time alone makes this application pretty useless.

You have the resources available to you to help students who are in one of the most impoverished generations in US history. Focusing on sports, as opposed to academia and basic needs, is a disservice to the student body. With that said, I'm glad there's MyASU access.

Map not great. Latest update asked for a bunch of new permission without any new features. Can you please update why?

This app is very helpful and informative. This app is composed with information on ASU sports, academic deadlines, maps of the campus and plenty more useful resources regard Arizona State University. Overall this app is very great for ASU college students and for other people who want to know more about ASU.

Map keeps crushing

The app description is accurate and should be useful for students. The icon is simple and works for the app. The app is not particularly innovative, but it is user friendly and easy enough to navigate. The home page buttons are basically links to the webpage sites. They did link quickly and most of the pages are informative. When I tapped on articles in the sports section the webpage i would get broken links. Wish it had MyASU and Blackboard integration, as those are almost unusable on a mobile web browser Okay app, especially for free.

A friend recommended this app to me because i am new to the school. But it doesn't even work. How am i supposed to use this to find my way around campus when the map doesn't work? Thanks for nothing.

The interactive maps no longer work at all. I used to recommend this app to new students, but I can no longer do that.

I'm really sad that such a huge university couldn't do a simple android software

It's a nice concept except that whenever I click on a link it just directs me to the website. That website is not formatted for mobile. Kinda lame tbh.

Just a glorified home page. Redirects you to your default Internet browser. Waste of app space, but for some reason it was the only way their interactive map would load on my phone.

The Arizona State University App is free. It is also very user friendly. The description of the ASU APP is detailed and explains the many features. The Target Audience is ASU students, faculty, as well as other ASU employees. The APP has been downloaded 10,000 plus times. Some innovative characteristics of the ASU APP includes sporting events, rankings, current events, and campus maps, The accessibility of this app is very helpful. I am able to access my class schedule, see my grades, and see all the important information I need for all of my classes. This APP is very easy to use and navigate. The Icons are clear and easy to locate. Overall the ASU APP is very well established and a great one to have.

Doesn't do anything, its just links. I can go to the mobile website quicker.

Only access to MyASU is via a link. Not very helpful app by itself.
