Yea sense the update I haven't been able to do anything. Log in and nothing shows, no courses or grades. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same issues. It was very useful before but it will no longer be on my phone moving forward if this issue isn't fixed.

New update needs to be explained or fixed! I had to delete this app from my phone since it showed no course available the last few weeks. I restarted my phone, reinstalled app and it worked. That should not be necessary. Thankfully someone else told me about it. Finally works again.

New info...Since the update, I am unable to access the app. It opens sometimes with the message "no courses available". I rely on the mobile app to maintain my 3.7 since I work 40+ hours a week. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP! I deleted the app...restarted my phone. Accepted a new user agreement. Logged in again and my classes are back!

It's constantly crashed before you can even open it. If by some chance you can get it open, it says you have no courses. It's been like this for about a month now and apparently they have no intentions of fixing it? You would think with the amount of money we pay in tuition this wouldn't be a problem...

I really enjoyed this up until it was updated, now it states that I'm not in a course which is false because I am. I would really like to continue to use this app but I uninstalled it from my phone because of the glitches, oh and I was signed out multiple times because the app just stops. If someone is able to fix this issue I will more than happy change this review and reinstall it onto my phone. I am upset and disappointed.

I have been having issues accessing my courses since the update. After reading the recent reviews, I am relieved to see I am not the only one experiencing this. However, I did delete/un-install the app, restarted my phone, then re-installed the app again. After logging in it asks you to accept a new user agreement. After I did that, I can now access everything again. I believe android is the only phone having issues. Try this method because it worked for me and I am so happy!

Used to work great! Then something happened to where I try to open the app it faults out. When it does log on, none of my classes show up. Please help me, tried to uninstall and reinstall still didn't woork.

It has some issues. For those that had problems like me and couldn't access class from mobile classroom, technical support said to uninstall app, restart phone, reinstall app, and then sign in again. You should be able to have access to your mobile classroom again. Hope that helps.

I used to love this app. Now that the app updated, I am unable to open the app or when it does open, it shows no courses. I am disappointed because. I am on vacation and I was depending on us in my tablet and phone to work on school work but I can't access my classes.

Hey yeah something has bugged out. I log in and I cannot see anything. Which does not make sense as I was using this app to keep my schedule. If fixed and working properly. Maybe better rating

Cant access any courses and the app quits on me. I was using this app to do my homework on my lunch breaks at work. Now i cant even do that

Have used this app in the past with no issues. Today I downloaded the app since I will start class soon. It says my login isn't correct, but I know it is.

I haven't been able to use this app for a while. It loads to a blank page. It crashes upon opening. Please fix this. It was very useful for submitting discussion posts and keeping up with class on the go.

Won't let me open, says error and when I can get it, it states I have no courses. This was such a help full tool before, please fix it!!! I also tried to reinstall and still doesn't work!!!

I don't know what happened but for a while it kept telling me I didn't have a course. Now when I log in it crashes. I use to be able to do schoolwork on lunch or breaks at work but not anymore. Super disappointed.

I Uninstalled then reinstalled so many times and no luck but...this worked! Android: Navigate to Settings > Apps > Application manager > Ashford Mobile > Storage > Press CLEAR DATA and CLEAR CACHE 2. Uninstall the Ashford Mobile Application 3. RESTART your device (* This helps clear any cached data) 4. Re-install the Ashford Mobile application

I can't see anything. I don't have access to my course. I reinstalled the app several times and the issues are still there. The app worked fine before, but now it is useless. The issue needs to be fixed.

Unfix the update. This WAS a valuable tool to Ashford students. What was broken with it in the first place? Nothing! Here we go fixing something that isn't broken. Get it fixed!

Same thing I can't see my courses anymore. It says I'm not enrolled in any courses when indeed I am. Please fix this! It was amazing to be able to comment ect. on my phone. Thanks .

This was a great app. However, it No longer allows me to login....continues to give an error message saying "UNFORTUNATELY ASHFORD MOBILE HAS STOPPED WORKING." WHAT HAPPENED?????

Like most people, recently it stopped working for me. Wouldn't let me login and when I could it should that I had no course. I had to uninstall the app then reinstall. Now it is working again.

It's saying that I am not intercourse when I am . so I can't get to my course and I cannot see my grades. And this is happened ever since the new update I surely hope you fix it

I was able to do everything on my mobile app and now it's hard for me to complete my assignments on the go. since I work night please fix.

After the recent update I was unable to access my course(s). I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and is now working. Updates should not require a reinstall, but glad it's working again.

I can't get on at all. This sucks ever since the update I haven't been able to access my stuff I used this on a daily basis now I can't! Absolutely disappointed!

Like many other recent reviews, a recent update prevented me from seeing my classes so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it...that fixed the problem.

The app stopped working a few months ago. This is very frustrating since several students rely on it for their daily work. Please fix the problems!

The app updated yesterday and now I cannot access my class...not good! Edit: Ashford tech support had me clear app data and force stop, works fine now!

App usually works fine, if a little slow. But since 3/20/2017, it either say No Courses available or will not open.
