The app works ok for simply reading the textbook, but the highlight feature doesn't work properly. Whenever you long-press to highlight, the highlight markers show up nowhere near where you need them and are incredibly difficult to move over longer distances. Fix the highligter, and this would be a five star app; it's so convenient to be able to get my work done even in situations where using my laptop isn't feasable.

My books wont open. I keep getting an error. I wish y'all could fix this since I have family over for the holidays; it makes it difficult to open up my laptop and study. I was hoping i can read my books through my phone every little chance I get. Can anybody get back to me please.

It's been alright, but now, for some reason, I'm unable to download the required textbook for this course. I've had to miss a test because of this. Please fix this issue, or if there's a way I can fix it myself, please let me know.

At this point the last update was 09/08/17, you guys clearly are not updating this app. Why not open it to the techs out here who care about making things better for a change rather than dismissing everyone's comments. Please create a link of some sort for the option I described to see how many people are willing to do what you do but have to go through classes through this zombie-of-a-app to learn how to program. Don't give up on something when you start it, speaking from experience. For those reading this review, the app seems to be especially unsatisfying when highlighting. Words of advice, when trying to highlight it doesn't work until you sit your phone sideways and it seems to anticipate where you will finish before you do.

It's only good for printing the text. Highlight and note functions do not work properly, crashes constantly, I have uninstalled and reinstalled on my phone and tablet, and it just keeps getting worse. I can't access the videos and the interactive features won't load. Every time I take my finger off the screen the page jumps. All I can do is print the text to get any positive effect from the text books and I have to buy a lot of paper.

Highlighting doesn't work right at all. I try to highlight a section and it tries to highlight something else or doesn't show up at all. Very disappointing! PLEASE FIX THE HIGHLIGHTER!

Highlighting feature doesn't work and leaves out sections of the book that you need to read and videos won't play also doesn't allow you to download PDF from a chapter. I've had to uninstall twice...this will be my last time

The highlight feature is garbage and constantly glitching. Also what's up with the page set up? Why can we not do the interactive parts of the books? It's great that our text book is so accessible, but don't falsely advertise features that don't work at all. I have a brand new note 5, so it's not my phone that's causing the problem. If it wasn't mandatory to read the books I wouldn't use this app. If the issues are addressed I'll change my rate.

I like this app for the most part. It doesn't allow viewing of any of the videos or interactive parts of the textbooks. I would love it if this was resolved. I use this app on my tablet and would really like to not have to go back to my computer to view the videos and such that I couldn't on my tablet.

It let me log in and download my book but now it just crashes and says the book isn't available because it cannot find the file. Seriously need to fix this if you want better ratings because i am not happy with this app.

It worked great the first few hours, but then it started to crash. I keep having a hard time to highlight the exact sentence or sentences without it highlighting something else. After this happens it's VERY DIFFICULT to get 8th working again. I actually have to guess around hoping for the app to pick the exact sentences that I want to highlight. Please fix it! It happens on both apps (for mobile and tablet). It makes it very difficult to keep track on important information not to mention the time it consume

App is a great way to read textbooks, although it makes it very difficult to see images because all that shows up are boxes where an image is suppose to be. I have the same trouble on every device that I have constellation app downloaded on. The only way that I am able to see images is by simply getting on my computer and accessing the book that way. Disappointed in the app. If the issues are fixed I will redo my review.

It took me two weeks to be able to download my book for my class. I had wifi connection but it couldn't download. Also the touch sensitivity must be off. When I go to highlight, the cursor selects something else completely.

While it is nice to have a downloaded copy of my textbook I do not understand why downloading a book is the only way to read it. I should be able to read it as long as I have internet connection. But no, I have to have enough space on my phone to download a whole book.
