slow to respond; frustrating map may or may not have contributed to a difficult trip - seems like it's trying to load webpages as opposed to having quickly available info. would be nice if the map had N/A & streets to help get your bearings. could benefit greatly with exhibit pictures to affirm where you are & what you're in search of...

App could never locate me so in order to get any directional help i had to tell it where i was. If i knew that i would just look at the map and find my own way. The map only lists the room numbers which is of no value unless you know which room you want to go to which again if i knew that i wouldn't need the app. Bottom line skip the app and pick up the visitor map, you'll get more information and won't miss stuff while wasting time trying to get the app working.

Disappointing. My friend has the audio tour for this museum on her iPhone. There's nothing like that in this app.

UI is not intuitive. App is too basic to be useful yet, but has a lot of potential. Especially touring by theme or artist. Geolocation would be helpful, but not necessary.

It's a great idea to include a map and directions but when the location service doesn't work it greatly reduces its value.

It would be great if you could track your favorite pieces of art or galleries in the museum

Doesn't seem to have theme-related information, but just groups a few pieces by theme with standard descriptions. Nice to have pictures included with descriptions though, and very nice to take a bit of the museum home to look at later, but doesn't add much to the experience of walking through and looking at pieces up close.

The app has very specific functionality and is not an effective general purpose your guide. The map functionality is terrible; it parses poorly, and orienting yourself on the map is next to impossible

It does have some imperfections like the directions did not always make sense. And searches were not remembered when hitting back after viewing a result. Something more than gallery numbers on the maps might be helpful. But the maps with your current location were very helpful for finding where you were within the expansive museum... making me glad I used the app during my visit to this amazing museum.

Does what it says in the app name, and very little more: a replacement for the old audio self-guided tours that I'm not interested in. I wanted to search for artists, paintings, or styles. While this app has some support for that, the index is incomplete and uninformative, and search-as-you-type finds different results than the actual search. I was impressed with the map's location finding feature, though. Just enjoy the art, don't fiddle with your phone. :-)

The web links in the "Current Exhibitions" section don't work. There is an opportunity to have details of many objects available, but sadly nothing outside of general descriptions of collections is here. Disappointing.
