　抽選結果のページを表示する。
･抽選申込状況参照
　候補日の施設の現在の抽選申込の状況（申込数）をリストアップする。
　どの施設が申込少ないか確認でき、申込先を決めるのに、利用できます。

　作成中です。まだ動作しません。
　指定の日時の、指定の施設を抽選申込する。
　簡単操作で申込できるので、時間短縮に使えます。
･空き状況通知・予約
　・通知
　　通知機能は、一定時間間隔(サーバ負荷を考慮した間隔)で、指定施設の空き状況を通知します。
　　現在、施設は、テニスコートのみ対応しております。
　　空きがあれば、通知されるので、キャンセル待ち等に使えます。
　・予約
　　予約機能は現在、作成中です。まだ安定動作しません。
