Easy Reminder

I installed this app on my LG Ally and it does notify me at intervals I choose, but it always uses my text message notification for calls and text messages. I have selected different ringtones from the list but it still uses the text message notification. I can't select any of the optional tones. But seems reliable as a notification. If this could be fixed I would rate it better. How about a fix?

I had this app on my DroidX and it worked beautifully. Changed phones and now it doesn't work on my HTC. Great app when it works. Hope they fix it for HTC soon! Uninstalling for now and back to 5 stars when I get a working version again.

I have gotten the new 4G LTE, Samsung Aviator from US Cellular. There is something wrong with the alert part of the phone of delivery report for messages received and the reminder app. My phone alerts me. But the reminder app keeps going off until I shut my phone down. My HTC Hero phone before never did that. I got that they received message but never got the reminder. Please find resolution. Thanks.

All of a sudden doesn't work. Why? Have uninstalled and reinstalled it still doesn't work. I think I have to say goodbye to this once useful app.. Have to uninstall it and look for another one with same function. Anyway tnx to the developer..

I was looking forever. I thought I found it. It works for SMS. However completely fails on missed calls. It goes into uninterruptable noise cycle and the only thing that helps is killing it from the task manager. So still looking... Why the hell the stock system does not have it?! Beyond my understanding. Should be one star to google as well.

The app looks like it hasn't been updated in a while, but it works great on JellyBean for me (Nexus S) - the other similar types of apps I tried didn't work, no sound at all on any of them. This does what I want - reminders for SMS and Calls, choose the sound, and go. Great.

This is by far the most basic and simplistic app there is to remind you of missed calls/txt.. a must have for all android users. Best part is its compleatly free.

Won't stop reminding even when I disable it. if I get an SMS and don't close the message, the alerts go off non stop until I power off my phone. Horrible

All throughout the day I get error messages that it stopped working. It still works but messages are making me crazy. I just replaced htc one m7 with same exact phone. Worked great on old phone.

Is OK but does not have the option I was looking for which was to extend the time the phone vibrates so I don't miss the initial text. The one minute reminder is the shortest time. Seconds would be good option and fix.

Suddenly, the reminder won't stop, even after I've looked at the message. Have to turn my phone off to get it to stop, but the next text I get sets it off again where it won't stop with the reminder. Will try uinstalling. Will be sad if this no longer works :(

Coming from Nokia Belle, I was looking for a similarly simple app to notify me of missed calls and unread sms. No fancy pop ups etc. Just some audible alerts and preferably blinking light to alert me of those missed events. This app delivers exactly what it should. Set the preferred settings and forget about it, it will faithfully remind you :-)

Force closes all the time and suddenly stops working. As a matter of fact it just force closed twice while I was typing this. It's great when it works

Screws up my keypad. Top row freaks out. Removed it, and keypad works fine. Missed reminder did it too. I need one to work!!!

Works as intended for reminders on my Galaxy S2. Disregard my earlier post about earphone bug, Used faulty earphone duh.

This app is awesome! Great for business people that have email and texts from corporate. Great for anyone that doesn't want to miss texts, phone calls, etc. Has great options for settings.

Great! I have gone hours without checking fone cos of a missed tone. This has saved a lot of disappointment & not just on my behalf. Thnx.

Cant believe that my new Samsung phone didn’t have a repeat text notification as my old non smart Samsung did. Thanks Easy Reminder as now I have stopped missing texts and missed calls. So simple to use and highly effective. Would have sent the phone back if it wasn’t for this app.

Worked fine for a couple days then just stopped working. No errors, just didn't do anything anymore. Going back to Missed Reminder on my droid2

Now it keeps reminding me even after I check the msg or the missed call... it won't stop reminding me... I have to sut down to get rid of it. Please fix it or ill have to find another app.

Was working fine until yesterday. Won't stop reminding me after message read. Down grading to 2 stars. Will uninstall if not fixed. HTC EVO 3D.

I've used this app for several years on 4 different phones. It worked perfectly until latest update. It works until the quiet time and then won't notify you the next day when it's supposed to start up again. I'll be very happy when they get that fixed. As a work around, I have to disable it and then enable it again every morning.

Does just what it says it will do. I'd like if it would disable text reminders when I swipe away text notifications. HTC M9

Has all the bells and whistles you could possibly want. To bad it doesn't work on my stock galaxy S4.

I love this app, but only when it works. It was fine at first, then started getting unpredictable. I would miss a text during the day and never hear a peep, then it would suddenly come to life at 6 am (when I had it configured to restart notifications). So I would be jolted awake to learn that I missed a text the previous day at 3 in the afternoon. Not helpful. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and again it was fine for a short while, but now it's beeping for apparently no reason. I have no history of a missed call and have searched all my text messages and don't see anything I haven't already read. So I'm going to uninstall. I'm really sad about it because it's a great concept, and I can't find anything else that does the same thing, but I can't be bothered with random beeps and non-beeps. :(

IT works only on Text Reminder not on voicemail Very well. when I Enable miss calls it dont do nothing at all try to correct the problem

Just wanted to drop a note and say this app is working great on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The weird thing is SMS notifications stopped working on my Samsung Note 2 and I was going to give up on it but When I upgraded to the Note 4 and decided to give it one more try...it works flawlessly! This program is simple, elegant and has just the right features you need for customizations without the ones you don't. - SMS, MMS and Call reminders - Custom ringtones for SMS/MMS and Calls (so you know what you've missed without looking at the screen) - "Quiet Times" where you can set times to disable reminders (such as sleeping hours, etc) I'm psyched this works with the NOTE 4 running 4.4 KITKAT , Rooted (this is not necessary for the program) and using GoSMS as my messaging client. . It appears the developer hasn't done any updates since 2010 but it still works so grab this free app...it beats all others I've tried.

this so far is the only reminder app that i can even get to work at all -- but the downside is that the missed call reminder does not stop ringing until you literally pick up phone and open it. It used to be just the ding dong or whatever you set it as but after jellybean it just keeps on going. Anyone know a fix please say so... :)

I got this app so my texts would remind me, every so many minutes until I answered the messages, it has worked well, and has been a must have for me

Samsung Galaxy S2: Constantly closes! Several times a day! Regardless of how many times the problem had been reported, it still hasn't been fixed!

I've been happy with this app. However, starting yesterday. It no longer turns off after I read the message. I've had to disable it & go back later.

Great app, but it needs to have disable function when connected to Bluetooth device. Just driven for an hour with a notification tone every 3 minutes

Followed full instructions on website and app still wont work. I have apps built for 2.3.3 and 4.x that function on my S4 but this app does not.

Great app but needs a voicemail, email, and calendar reminder added. They also took the option away to select a custom ringtone. Please reenable this.

This worked great at first but then it started continually reminding me when I had already checked everything. Had to uninstall it.

The app was great with several of my phones (Samsung S4), but now the app won't work (Samsung S5). I've tried everything, including uninstalling it several times. No success. I hope whatever is broken is repaired (Sam S5)
