very good app to sutter down idea company. aise bure waqkt mai bhi company aisa bhangaar, gatiya, unusefull app install karne ko keh rahi h jo kaam he nhi karta. Request you to plz roll back dis anpadh & ganwar app.

Very bad app Kahan se Rd service ka option dal diya hai jis se mera morpho device Kam hi nahi Kar Raha hai yar jaldi se thk karo aur Rd service ka problem door karo nahin company ka sim bechna band kardena hojatega ASE hi Jio SA Ko kya Gaya hai

very poor user interface (UI). and it doesn't have full features. we want to suggest you to see Airtel and Vodafone eKYC app. we want more better than Airtel and Vodafone

Idea ecaf app is waste when comparing airtel&idea in airtel app recharge∼ replacement facility In Vodafone app is superrrr because works in 2G network and replacement also available how to do process qlso in video in vodafone&airtel

Jitna jaldi ho sake app update kare sir ekyc me bahut problems aa rhi hai Target to kya dang se ka kaam nhi ho rha hai. Kisi ka Device registered nhi hai kisi ka thumbs problem aur bhi bahut kuc. RD Service bilkul band hona chahiye sab isi le aane ke baad problem shuru hui hai... So plz help!

Idea ecaf very poor app MNP no.scan karo ya choice no.scan Karo sim no ke sabhi digits so nahi karta.aur jara company ke standard ke according designed kare aur features Ka bhi Dhyan rakhna.

After updating it dont detect morfo safran finger print scanner. Interface is very bad. Mitra app is the best.
