A side effect of the Schrödinger's cat scenario... Besides macro-ized quantum events making 2 distinct futures originating from the present, an overlooked result is (since time is 2-way) that there are divergent pasts as well (as l long as they can both still lead to the present). Though not experimentally verified, anecdotally, I've noticed that since using quantum number generators on various decisions I'm torn or ambivalent about, it seems I encounter more events where people's memories don't match.

Why does it need to "reseed" if it's getting its random numbers from ANU? It sounds more like it's just using a true random number to seed a pseudorandom number generator, which would miss the point.
