The 3rd time i make payments using this app using maybank2u, but they did not send me any tickets to my emails. Refund also very slow. Improve your lousy payment service
I purchased bus 4A seat (single) online. On that day been arrange to 5B (double side) which is no match my purchased order. Very very disappointed!!!
One of the best app but note that Easybook is very unreliable. Their response for coach that sends passengers to wrong destination and for times where coach drivers sleep with door open at isolated car parks is that "Easybook responsibility does not include maintaining the quality of buses, staff behavior and punctuality". So if you book a coach to Genting but the coach stops at TBS (140KM away), Easybook does not take responsibility.
I bought a train ticket. But why no ticket confirmation sent to my email? How am i suppose to check in if no ticket? Pls upgrade your apps. I thought the apps will b more convenience to buy ticket but i was wrong.
I have never submitted an app review before. But the incredibly poor professional ethics of easybook is horrible. 1: YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR TICKET AUTOMATICALLY AFTER BOOKING FROM THIS APP. After payment is deducted, your invoice is not sent to you. 2: Their site is not HTTPS encrypted.. this means any passwords that you sent over the internet can be intercepted by network sniffers. 3: After realising point 2, you cannot change your password or delete your account. There is no option to do that.
Nice apps with a good function and not complicated at all.it just that please fixed the part after payment..it is always stuck at that part when u alrdy pay the ticket but then suddenly it's not functioning and when i check my email there is no confirmation email or the ticket itself.and i need to call ur customers service because of that.just that part...overall nice..
App is not redirecting after succesful payment. Had to contact the office to get the invoice. App version is not functional but web version is OK. Kudos to CS staff who handle my call earlier.
Selected to input IC and it pops up a passport error at the end when i press pay now.. Not bad huh
Pick up your phone lah .. how many time i need to call your customer service and nobody is answering my phone call? How to settle, report to KPDNKK and police or what?
More like HardBook. Charge admin fee, banking fee but had to call customer service to get ticket. My first and last one here. Bye.
Why do we have to contact the customer service to get the itenary?? It defeats the purpose of a mobile app.
I booked my train ticket here and I paid through maybank2u.. When I selected d close button I was not redirected to my booking confirmation.. I was also not given d order summary through email but they payment was deducted

They have the gall to change buses after you have paid for an Exec Coach. And the replies to your comments are by robots!
Before this, the app is ok to purchase ticket. until today, i purchase and received no email or recent booking on my purchased ticket. Total burn rm120+.
Had book ticket depart on 26/8/2017.. Still didnt get the boarding pass.. Is this a scammer?
Very expensive buy from app if we buy directly from counter ticket bus..

Why after payment I did not get any reciept how can I check the order detail ???? How can !!!
This app can't purchase ticket! Keep on loading and can't proceed to the payment session! I'm going to uninstall the app.

Its a great Application! But, after payment i dont get my receipt and may ticket. And i must call the customer service, then i've get my ticket. Please fixed your Apps and give a simple and easy instruction.
1st time used last 12th Feb. After bought the ticket, am not receive the itinerary immediately. Received later when I email them. Bit worried but its okay as long as I received the ticket. Will use it again.
This is a Bullshit Apps. Wasting user time filling up all the details because when come to payment with Credit Card, it always went to error. I have this experience everytime booking the KTM ETS.

Ive charged RM38.08 for a bus ticket. However in my stated invoice total amount payable RM37.70. Where did my 38cent go?!
I was buying a bus ticket online when the app hung and I was told my transaction wasn't successful. So I tried again n finally it got through. When I checked my email, I ended up booking double tickets for the sane trip. I called up the office, they flatly told me there was nothing they could do. I emailed them and up to today there is no reply. And no refund. That night my extra seat which was behind me was resold to a new passenger. So that's y I'm using other competitor app now.

is an lousy app. I had booked a bus trip to genting on Jun/17,the gd thing is Easybook email me about the change of arrival point but not the departure point on returning bk to sg, n therefore my family n I went to the wrong terminal at Awana instead of first world hotel.
