App registers you for monthly auto credit card payment without your permission. Without the ability to remove it

The app can display basic info like how much is your upcoming bill, when is the due date, how much data and voice minutes you still have. The app has the capability to process payments via credit card which is a nice feature. I only have one gripe though, the app's Data consumption top categories doesn't reset to zero after receiving the new monthly data allocation. I could have given a 5 star rating if it wasn't for that. But I still greatly appreciate this app as it gives me the necessary details I needed for monitoring my usage. I know du devs can do it.

I don't know why you launch this app bcoz this is just like a pic.. nothing working.. I'm not able to register my no. No sms received.. bkwas app.. Check 'My Airtel' app thn u will knw that wht is app of a telecom company..

The only use of this app is to check the balance. I tried topping up my prepaid number by two different bank cards but the app has some issue and doesn't top up the amount instead I got charged a nominal Aed 1 fee to register each new card. No point installing this app.

My du sim got de registered I have applied for documentation from du store deira city center but still not activated. I have tried with this app to update details but there is no such option. Not expected

It's impossible to make the payment. Otherwise is useless. Error 742, please fix it

i installed uninstalled it so many times but each time after installation when i run application it will just start browsing on login page and will not open any thing... not a gud app... needs testing and improvement

This is a frustraring app , where evem im unable to pay my bill

I registered and won't log in, rest the password 4 times and still can't log in, when I got asked long time ago I said it's hopeless app and till now I won't use it. It's more hopeless

One of the worst application ever. It takes long time to open and most of the time, it doesn't show the usage.

After one year again I tried this app and problem is same as before Registration problem .... Waste of time.

While paying my bill through the app, the transaction failed 3 consecutive times, with a clear message that the payment was not done. Shortly after I got 3 emails confirming payment. So I ended up paying the bill 3 times. Not sure if it is an error in the app or the company billing system. But I called du Customer service and they offered to refund the excess amount back to my credit card in 5 working days, and advised me to take a few minutes after each failed transaction to avoid such situations.

I will never give you access to my storage. The cashed information is a lie.

I still install it despite of the low rating and negative reviews.. and then regret it immediately! I was trying to register my new number then received verification code with no link where to put that code. tried searching where to put the said code and finally gave up. leaving this review to hopefully help the developer fix this before uninstalling it. bye

It's very poor application even for ID registration it's not working how can I trust this garbage application to be running in my device, shame on you Du , and don't offer us any services

It shows wrong usage details and gives huge bill amount at the end.
