3D Audio Demo is a technical demo to showcase real-time digital signal processing (DSP) on Android. The app uses CIPIC HRTF high-spatial-resolution database to perform audio source positioning (3D Audio).
The app uses ffmpeg library to decode audio and works best with mp3 files sampled at 44.1 kHz sampling frequency.
Features:
- Real-time audio positioning
- Smooth audio transitioning between filters
- Added Virtual Bass System to improve bass performance in 3D mode
- Custom-tailored UI to facilitate smooth audio source positioning
- Advanced 3D mode allows independent positioning of left and right audio channels
- Phone & Tablet optimized
- No ads
Current Limitations:
- Pretty basic media player
- Does not work with older devices (tested working with Samsung Galaxy S2 and above)

Better immersive experience.. But you should add front and rear audio features. Why should you develop a media player using these things, it would be a better audio player.

The 3D effect is excellent! Good interface. Have not experience crashes on Note 2 yet. Hope it stays that way.
