DICK'S Sporting Goods Mobile for Android
Had 263 points and now gone saying they expired. I have used the app for over a year and it never did that before. If this is new one will never reach a reward. This new change isn't a good thing. You may not have people new to sign up for the app.
Can't even look up items. Wtf!
I've uploaded my account info. So that if i forget my points at home. I have it on my phone. My kids have done the same. Both of my kids play major sports. My daughter and i both went into the store and tried to use our points to use towards our purchase. They said they couldn't take the phones that are on the phone. I don't know if its a training issue at the store or what... But this wasn't me or my daughters problem. We had to pay in full then go home and bring the paper coupon into the store.
Buttons move as the page is rendering. Unable to select more than one filter at a time. Too many stores rush to put out an app and the app ends up being a difficult shopping experience. Every time I hide the app and then go back to it... It is not on the same page as I left. This is maddening.
This app takes an unreasonable amount of time to recognize accomplishments and sync with other apps like Fitbit and MyFitnessPal. It could really use some upgrading.
The app is just a wrapper for the site and thus suffers the same problems the site does. Chiefly, the site is extremely slow and the app more so. Freezing completely at times. Some serious problems and or server problems it seems. Also couldn't sign in to ScoreCard...Username and password entered but the Sign On button still disabled (a bad practice regardless). I give up. Uninstalling.
When you get on the website n click to view n item or a general subject u get an error message. Please fix it
If you love having an app that crashes every time you open it, doesn't register your steps, or lags uncontrollably, then this is the app for you.
Linking your score card account with the app is a extremely painful and not user friendly process but other than that it's good
Would have given 5 stars but does not always recognize that the daily step goal was achieved.
The app will not sync with my fitbit. I'm moving and nothing will show up.
My fitbit account is not loading. It doesn't say anything on your website either.
I love earning points for walking. No problems syncing my fitbit. Easy to use.
This all is extremely easy to use and I love the free points for meeting my goals!
Had this app for less than 1 month I was accumulating points & today my points expired what a load I'm back down to 3. I was half way to 300!!!

Downloaded and connected my fitbit blaze to earn points for my steps, but they wont sync. My fitbit is functioning perfect because the device syncs constantly to my fitbit app...but not to this app. What a shame! Im uninstalling....glitches need to be worked out.
All my information is gone only the word Null shows up.
App keep restarting when you switch to another app for a minute. Hard to navigate as well. Way too many ads.
I love it, but am really annoyed that I can't get an email I have requested multiple times. I signed out and can't remember username/password. I tried calling and was told to keep requesting. You can send me emails about sales but not the info to sign back in to the app.
I love the app but it wont update my steps in the move section. I synced my fitbit and then opened it and it says it's updated but says 0 steps. I also tried disconnected and reconnecting my fitbit. I do love have my scorecard on my phone and shopping through the app.
I have made sure to run the 3 miles needed to get the points for each day but this app will not update to include my miles. It has been stuck at 298 for days.

Was 60 points away from a reward. All of a sudden my points are gone. Saying they expired. No where under terms or FAQ's does it say these expire. So now you have my info for your marketing and I have nothing.
