Defence Pension Info

Useless. Doesn't show details of a Pensioner's entitlement or any other details. Infact, it seems that a Pensioner has been left at the mercy of Banks. In my case the Bank has simply Ignored to place any data on this site.Either crack the whip or don't waste time andmoney.

The application has not been working for quite sometimes now. On clicking the bank option, it keeps on flashing a red warning. Is the app under upgrade. Can the developers confirm Regards Col A K Saxena

You guys should not waste hard earned money of tax payers. This is useless app 1. No proper and time to time update of pension. 2. Slow in processing. If you are not capable then don't make instead of wasting money in country where 400 millions peoples are still in BPL. I hope either you will work well or will give up.

Ganesh K..... very poor portal.... just working like 2G. CGDA getting full salary moreover additional fund for this app from MoD. However, updation is very very poor.... just like poiji logonke liyethu hai chalegga..... don't try to foolish defence soldiers.... PBOR word is abolished from defence since last 5 years.... wake up! Do well as u getting salary for the same.... this is not service from u for defence persons... this is ur job.... wake up

As useless as the people who made this app. Doesn't provide any information. Just making an app does not help. Has anyone in CDA checked it's functionality? Doesn't appear so. Can't give less than one star.

Good effort by government, but not updated. CGDA need to put dedicated staff to man the app or outsource it. Bad grievance section not working, pension slip is old, not getting updates. No option for updating profile. Someone need to put efforts to improve the app and respond to user queries.

Wake up CGDA so many complaints, what is the use when app is not working, you must withdraw it from Google playstore. Pension details last updated in June 2017

Most of the menu items contain no information or partial details only. Details need to be updated as and when occur.. Please enable us to use this application fruitfully.

Needs more development, First of all I want to thank everyone concerned with this app. A very good step you have taken. Secondly I should say that it's not working in my case. After putting bank account number, it displays "pension information for this bank account no. you entered is not available". I think some improvement is needed. Thanks.

As directed by your team, I have sent my details to the desired mail id thrice since June 2017 but still I am not able to login.. Everytime I am getting a response that "the detail for entered account is not available​". Please guide.

This app is not updated with pension information. Unable to get October 2017 pension detail. Latest circulars are not uploaded. Bank must updated the pension information.

Third class app. Hve ever officials checked its before launching or just paid money from govt account who has created this third class app. check & be satisfy yourself before putiing it to public.

What is use of any App or website if data is not updated. Neither data is available for pre 2006 pensioner nor for 2 month before retired. Checked for pension from bank option.

First of all verry slow app. Secondly not working.Guidance is not awailable. Seems to bebad administration..without proper guidance.makig fool all defece personnels.

The pension of ex-servicemen who have taken pension from UCO Bank has not been shown in this APP so take appropriate action steps in this regards too Jeetmal Doodi
